Asked for a ranchero on a sesame bagel & received cream cheese on a bagel. Went back had to wait & they still charged me the difference.
I went in the morning and was genuinely disappointed with the customer service. The lady who was mopping kept telling me to step aside. The iced coffee was not what i asked for and when i asked for a straw it was harshly put on the counter with attitude, as if im supposed to magically have my own straw ??♀️. The bagel was also burnt. I could continue listing cons but ultimately it was the lack of good customer service.I will not be returning to this location
The mocha cappuccino was heavenly and the donut holes were delicious. Would definitely come here again.

So. The donuts are really yum but what upsets me most is that Everytime I go here I want to order a licuado or chilla drink, but they NEVER have any of the flavors advertised! They literally only offer 2 flavors. Strawberry or banana. They NEVER have Guava. Ever. It's most annoying. Also, the workers here... These ladies are unfriendly! They should SMILE & WELCOME Thier customers.
I love their lunch deals. It's 7.99 for a fresh made bagel or croissant sandwich, chips and a drink. I tend to switch the chips for a donut and they're always fresh.I like all their bagel sandwiches and try to support them when I'm in the area because I don't want them to close.

The girls that work here in the morning are rude they don't smile they talk to you with attitude i walked in and almost tripped on a caution sign that was on the floor. Never going again
