I'm a big fan of yogurtland, but this yogurtland is by far the worst I've been to. My two biggest complaints are the toppings and the store closing early.A lot of the times, a lot of toppings are empty. I've never experienced this at other yogurtland locations.On at least 7 different occasions, I've made a trip to the store before closing time only to find it closed early. 5-7 min may be reasonable but sometimes 15 min and today - 30 min early.I noticed the lights were off and there was no open sign at 9:29pm. I gave the store a call to ask what time they close and I heard the phone being answered and immediately hung up. I drove past the store to take a second look and saw an employee peek their head out and went to the back. I waited a second to see if they would do it again and they did! I believe the employees here are essentially lazy and don't want to deal with customers so they make it seem like it's closed. I'll never be coming back to this location and will give my and my family's business to the Gardena and Manhattan beach stores.If I was the owner, I'd be looking for better employees although I understand that's difficult nowadays.
Very bad place in Torrance I visited in these 20 years...no respect for customers and the staff don't know how to treat customers. I prefer to negative rating if there is a option

CLEAN PLACE, BUT I HAD THIS EXPERIENCE 2 WEEKS AGO, WE WHERE PASSING BY THIS CITY OF TORRANCE AND SAW YOUGURT LAND PLACE AND DECIDED TO STOP TO GET SOME ICE CREAM MY 2 KIDS AND I WENT IN GOT WHAT WE WANTED AND WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY SURPRISE SORRY MA'AM WE DONT ACCEPT CASH HERE, I WAS LIKE WHAT U MEAN? THERES NO OTHER PLACE THAT I BEEN AT THAT DOESN'T GET CASH! SHE'S LIKE NO WE ONLY ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS, I TOLD HER I FORGOT MY WALLET AT HOME, I ONLY HAVE CASH, SO SHE GRAB THE ICE CREAMS FROM US, I TOLD HER SO YOU GONNA TELL ME THAT Y'ALL RATHER THROW THIS ICE CREAMS 2 THE TRASH THAN ACCEPT MY MONEY SMH THE SADDEST PART WAS WHEN I SAW MY 6 YEAR OLD BOY FACE HE WANTED 2 CRY BECAUSE HE WASN'T GONA GET HIS ICE CREAM I TOLD MY BOY DONT CRY PAPI WE CAN GO TO THE YOUGURT LAND WE HAVE IN OUR CITY THEY DO ACCEPT CASH, THATS BULL S...THEY SHOULD'VE GIVING MY SON HIS ICE CREAM AT LEAST, BEFORE WE WALK AWAY SAW HOW THEY TREW THE 3 ICE CREAM CUPS TO THE TRASH.
Really good frozen yogurt! It’s so creamy and delicious! The young lady who worked there was very kind. They had lots of flavors and everything was self serve!
