Service was fast and courteous, but the mild Buffalo sauce is flavorless and the hot Buffalo sauce is very mild.5 stars for service. 3 stars for flavor.
Just left wing stop the picture speaks for itself and I hate how they charge a $1.52+ tax for 1 small cup of ranch on top of the $30 + dollars you just spent.. bad business 1Star workers are rude and very clueless look at picture attached…very disappointed this was Friday night employees
Never seen such a consistently terrible staff. They’ve managed to lower the standards at this location a significant amount, it’s almost impressive. Don’t expect anything but chewy gristle-filled chicken & soggy fries.
Nice store. Estimated pickup time was 15-20 minutes, and it took an hour from order placement to receiving the food. Waited in the store for 30 minutes, where bags of food were sitting under the warmer completely ignored. It is very understandable if things get busy, but the website needs to reflect longer wait times to respect people’s time. There was no sense of apology for the long wait. AND our order wasn’t even complete when we opened it at home. I ordered 4 tenders and they gave us 3. Horrible service.
Customer service sucks! One of the older women that work there clearly hates her job, she was extremely rude to my husband who was just asking simple questions about their dipping sauces. She literally sighed and rolled her eyes! We will never eat at this location ever again!
Ist time to visit. Love the wings and variety of sauces. The veggie sticks are fresh and crunchy. The cheese fries are good. I hope in future to canter some veggies lover. You can expand Veggies chicken menu such as nuggets or finger stick. ??
It’s been 3 days since LA county removed mask mandates and their management is not even aware for the new rule. Multiple groups were turned away. Staff was rude and unreasonable… if you’re hearing it from multiple people, how can you keep ignoring it. At least check the news and deal with it.
My first time stopping by at this new location, very nice location the employees are polite and cooks are quick! Everything was yummy and just right! Will not pass it up next time I'm in the area again. Thank you!
Had to wait almost 20 minutes from my pickup time,only 2 people working...9 people waiting for they orders.. not a good experience
Order my wings @6pm online to be ready @7.. its almost half an hour an Nothing... horrible service ?
