Wendy's is a nice place to eat had lunch there today got the five for five good deal two other employees had lunch there to not with me they ate outside I guess they got their order wrong the one of them made a big deal out of it I heard her yelling all the way over from where I was sitting I guess I seen the other side of a co-worker and I didn't know people make mistakes we're all human they fixed it for her she was still mad I hope the poor kid didn't lose his job they even offered her free food good for Wendy's like I said it's a good place
A wonderful Wendy's location. Clean, roomy, and cozy with WiFi and power outlets throughout the store.
Incredibly large location. Very welcoming. Friendly customer service. Only tables needed a wipe down but was a fantastic visit.
It was a favorite Spicy chicken sandwich, and then the other night we went through the drive-through Going to try the hamburgers, cheeseburgers for Mike, and instead we got for $16 a pathetic child’s version of chicken tenders and a burger that wasn’t even hot! Goes to show always check your orders before you leave the drive-through! Wont be back!
Mixed emotions.... Shift Supervisor was rude and discourteous. Told me to drive down the street to another store. In this case it was "McDonald's." While I didn't take her pathetic advice, I did follow-uo with management. ANTHONY understood the gravity of my deplorable encounter and left speechless by the actions of a team member supervisor. End result is ANTHONY reacted to bring resolution, not argue with a PAYING customer. Normally, I don't express dismissal; however, the shift supervisor from my initial visit is a detriment to the business and incapable of change.

Staff is incompetent when fulfilling orders. PLAIN MEAT AND BUN ONLY does not mean CHEESE. Manager had the audacity to blame me for the order. "All our burgers come with cheese." Manager or shift supervisor should be DISCHARGED immediately. When I respectfully asked for compensation, she further stated: "Go to the Wendy's down the street." Again, firing this lazy waste of non-functional customer service supervisor is the only way to demonstrate quality service to the consumer.
Just like always, tasty but pricey. Service is what can be expected from a fast food establishment.
I was 1 of 2 people in house. Cashier was pleasant. Food was good!
Super location with a lovely lounge seating area that is super comfy to kick back and enjoy my vanilla shake. Enjoyed a few minutes to watch some nature educational program on a large flat screen. The crew at this location all seem to really enjoy their associates/ jobs, great to see - and the service was fast!! Would have given a 5 star if the fireplace was turned-on in my living room! ?
