Absolutely fabulous! It must try place in old town Torrance. Uniquely special, for tendon and the tempura egg.Their sauces Are delicious for dipping and there is something special about the crispiness of the tempura without the oiliness. I think we’ve tried almost everything on their menu With the exception of the sushi. They have added some special appetizers that have not yet been available but we will return to try.Highly suggest dining in on a weekday, tempura is best eaten freshly in the restaurant they are not busy during the weekdays. On the weekends they can get quite busy.
I basically stumbled into this gem of a restaurant as I was coming back from a business meeting in the area. I was taken by how delicious their various tempura dishes were. I really enjoyed the option to order individual pieces in addition to a list of set menus.

Regular Tempura Plate was plenty of food for me! Deliciously clean tasting oil and crispy. Reasonable prices.
I don't even no where to start with the amazing experience I had. This is the best tempura I have had: the shrimp sweet and crispy, vegetables in perfect condition, and the half boiled egg on my rice was delicious. I highly recommend stopping by and trying it for yourselves
OMG! One of the best tempura I’ve had outside of Japan. It’s the real deal! Fried in fragrant sesame oil doused in their homemade sauce! I’ll go to Torrance just for this!

Hands down some of the best tempura I’ve ever had!! Light and crispy, and not too oily! The pickled appetizers are a nice touch to have to cut through the fried entrees :)
