Wow! Hands down the best crew! Great food. I've lived here for 5 years and had no idea this was the best South Bay Mexican food!
I ordered a few things here, and I can say the food here is phenomenal! The star of the show in my eyes is the Cubana torta. This thing is stacked, tender, chewy chorizo, crispy, and certainly fresh! It brings together a lot of the best aspects this place has to offer. It made me a fan for sure. Next up, the mole: soft and juicy. Perfectly cooked to stay on the bone yet easy to separate. Well made sauce, not watery at all. It could however use a bit more chocolate, this is more on the spiced side. Finally, the carnitas tacos. The tortillas used here are deliciously handmade chewy and the carnitas itself are crisped perfectly.Be careful with the red hot sauce. A little dab will do ya; it's that hot spicy that you'll regret the next morning if you eat too much. I LOVE IT! Even more so than my usual go-to habanero sauces.Side note: Try the coconut flan!Cons: Some items are day specific. Not many customization options. The person at the counter couldn’t make exceptions to the menu. There is nothing in the menu I could find that is different from other places, they could use a house special item or few to really emphasize that "loco".
I would have given three stars for basic but having to prove that you didn't get the sauce and then having the staff going through your food to make sure(during covid)..... Not cool.Secondly, their prices have increased by I'd say 25%. The pictures posted with their menu items are not the right prices.The chorizo plate was $12. Compared to the 8.99 down the road at country burgers. (their portions are huge there too, enough for a second meal, not this place). The food is great though! (I ♥ chorizo!)*oh and this places charges a .50 cent card usage fee. Bring cash for savings! ?

Really great taste on the plates, tasty as made at home. Try the Tostada de camaron, is really good, same as the birria. The parking lot is big enough and really great place to go with family!
My coworker introduced me to this restaurant. I love their tacos! It's so yummy. Definitely try this restaurant out! Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture because I was busy eating my tacos. Haha. They make their own tortilla, too!! Yum!!
