Just boiled rice mixed with frozen canned vegetable . No special sauce mixed. I bought a chicken teriyaki with sushi roll for $13 and i throw out my food in-front of cashier. All i did is i lost my $13 . This is not real sushi place. It is worst sushi and chicken teriyaki i ever had. Walmart sushis are much better then here
I love this place. I’ve been coming here for several years. Staff is super friendly. They always remember me. I see them remembering other regular customers, too. For the price the food is great!
Great customer service in Torrance at their 190th Street location, I love their food. I recently made an order where I didn't get my crunch eel roll but got a California roll instead. I called them and they asked me if I wanted the roll now and I went and picked it up in 15 minutes. They made good on a mistake and I appreciate that, it speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers...
go every sunday for lunch for at least the past 10 years. after today never going back. poor service and a cashier who has been there 3 weeks and has bad hearing and messed up my order all 3 weeks
I ordered Kyoto plate sushi because I want the UNI!Today’s orders when I got home NO UNI…!!I called the store and was told “out of UNI so replaced with salmon” WHAT! salmon is much cheaper then UNI, It’s not really my favorite…The cashier failed to tell me when I ordered that they are out of UNI…IF they have told me I would have asked for TUNA for a replacement…They should give the customers option for replacement..
Friendly, delicious, fast and affordable. The Bento Boxes are exceptional with a choice of meat and premium roll. The Tempura Udon was also served warm and crispy. Overall the staff was helpful and patient which can be hard to find these days. Finally very affordable, spending around $35 for four people. It’s a definite hit, highly recommended!
Ordered online through DoorDash and they started working on it in a matter of minutes. Everything was well portioned and very flavorful. Pictured below is the baked Salmon roll and it was really good!
Do not walk in. One star not because of food quality but heavily under staffed, the last 3 times I’ve walked in with my wife we we’re greeted with a sorry but it’s gonna be more than an hour wait to get your order, and they are really sorry. Used to love this place but not it feels like they only serve you if you call in to order
