Well, I ordered again via subway app breakfast sandwich. As soon as I placed the order I went inside subway spoke with the MOD and asked to see their printed ticket for my order. I wanted to confirm that I was not mistaken. I confirmed their printed ticket was had the same breakfast order I wanted itemized. I tried to explain the bold print nomenclature of the breakfast sandwich does not imply that the customer wants FLATBREAD. I pointed out to her that Italian bread is clearly listed as a itemized item. One can tell she did not understand and just said okay to appease the matter. When I got home I discovered she left out the cheese. I further asked if she could please educate Cesar of this... last time he argued with me that it said flatbread.If you frequent this subway one can tell the staff has changed. It's consistent that Cesar and the female supervisor are there most of the time. Since this change customer service quality has drastically declined. Cesar is curt with customers. I have files a complaint with subway. Let's see how this matter is resolved.

The cashier was so rude, she even embraced the other crew member through her anger issue. Seems like she didn’t like working at subways, she was forcing herself to work. Rather than blaming her I would blame manager for hiring her. I think subways need to train people on how to talk to customer. Worst subway experience ever had. Will never go to this subway.

Double check on your machines.... the toaster had apparently "turned off"Had me waiting 15 for it to turn back on.. had my sandwich just sitting there. Register didnt even have money.. its 8:50 in the morning but they open at 8?.. let's see how much of a discount she puts..(Update)The sandwich still didnt get toasted.

The store could use a good cleaning, especially the soda machine. The employees don't seem too excited to work there. Unless the store is empty don't be in a big hurry cuz it takes a while to get in and out. Food is ok.
I went this Friday to get tuna sandwiches. When I walked in, nobody was there, not even at the counter. Than, a lady came out from the back and her name was Brenda. Her host ID: 6656041069890886. She did not welcome us, seemed in a bad mood, and had a rude attitude. She did not let us speak and continuously asked if we were ready and done yet. She was in a huge rush and was being very rude. At the end, I asked for her name and host ID, and she was surprised as to why I was asking her. I told her I needed to talk to a manager, and she said the manager is not available. She explained that she charged everything all right, and she was was rushing my order because she didn’t have anybody’s help, she was working alone, and had a lot of orders. As to her saying she was busy, I hadn’t seen any orders sitting there and she was in the back. I also called the manager several times, but she did not pick up. Everytime I go to Subway, big line or not, I never encounter this type of attitude and rushing.
