This is my second time at this location and it won't be my last. The staff are awesome. Waited on by Jose Garcia, an ubelievably friendly and efficient person. His attitude makes this a great store.
Ordered online. Went to get food. No clue what was going on. Couldn't look up order number and wouldn't try, had payment confirmation number. Still no luck, spent 3 days trying to get a refund. These guys down here have no clue. Subway in general in this area is lacking. Corporate needs to come in and do some serious house cleaning around here. Subway, you are also at fault. If you're running a app or website for ordering you should have 24hr help or at least until later in the evening.

This subway is clean, and has friendly service. Except, they do not do well with on line orders. They did not add the mayo, oil and vinegar to the sandwiches. They were really dry. When I called the store, I spoke to an employee who said that "it's possible" that they didn't add these condiments and that I could come in for new replacement sandwiches.This is not the 1st time that Subway has messed up my on line order and then offered the food to be replaced instead of my money back. After going through the entire ordeal, I really wasn't hungry anymore.I got the food replaced, but I wished that I had just asked for a refund.
The sandwiches are tasty, filling and custom-made. If you decide to get a wrap, you can save $1.60 on a footlong.
The sandwiches here are good but the staff needs a little bit of work on customer service

Owners need to work on the way they treat their staff . They take advance of good people . Need to work on cleanliness as well as professionalism . If I could rate a zero I would store needs a deep cleaning they had many employees who were out sick on COVID leave and never shut the store down to even sanitize
