The employee(Cassandra)who served me was polite and nice, butttttt the drinks I got was slightly lack of flavor. However, what a surprise, a lady named Gizelle went above and beyond in service!!!! I was waiting for my brother and he got here late stuck on LA traffic on the way, and she offered me to make his Macha iced drink again since it had melted already! Man, I've never seen such a courteous and caring customer service in any Starbucks or other businesses for that matter. Thank you, thank you, you guys really impressed me!!!
We ordered 2 pink drinks online when my wife picked them up one was pink and the other white instead of making a new one they tried to fix it but still not good, we stop by at this branch every Friday sadly we would need to go someplace else.
Came here for the first time today because it was the closest place open that allowed mobile ordering. The parking lot is tiny and was obstructed by the huge line of cars for the drive-thru, so I just parked at the Walgreens lot next door and walked over.This location is really small and only has outdoor seating and a drive-thru. My mobile order only took 10 minutes to be ready, and I could walk right up to the window to get my order, so much faster than waiting in line for the drive-thru.
Three separate staff argued with me about what my order was called. Ultimately I told them call it whatever they want I just wanted my drink. And they still got it wrong. Tall quad shot cappuccino using heavy cream. I understand it will not froth.
I love this one because they're always friendly and fast which are key for a drive thru Starbucks especially when you're waiting to pick up stuff at Walgreens. Bonus points because they actually get our order correct

Starbucks is always a great place to get a coffee or tea, however I personally feel that some of the baristas put more care into the perfect cup of coffee then others. Occassionally the coffees come lukewarm instead of hot, or the amount of sugar in the coffee is a bit off, however the new brown sugar oatmilk drink is wonderful, as well as many of their creative inventions and one of my friends loves the dragonfruit drink...
I had been going to this Starbucks daily and I will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STARBUCKS EVER AGAIN. I had such a overall disgusting experience with the on duty supervisor named (silver) which is probably not the name on her name tag due to the fact that she refused to give her name over the phone after I asked politely more than once. She is simply unprofessional and rude . I do not recommend this Starbucks
Two days in a row I have bought Carml Frapp and when I go to my house (two blocks away) Carml Flapp tastes like water, today I called and asked to speak to the manager and they told me that the manager was not there and that they did not know what time the manager would arrive, then I asked to speak to a supervisor and when I explained her that the product tasted like water, she replied that it was my opinion that her people were trained to prepare the products correctly, a terrible treatment to the client, I do not recommend buying in this establishment
