"GIO" here is a negative reflection of Starbucks he is consistently unhelpful, rude and beyond unprofessional. He claims he the "General Manager" and that he is the authority that works there. He walks away in midst of question, on the phone he abrubtly hangs up, fabricates excuses not to do his job properly making drinks he fails to follow Starbucks policies and customer service etiquette. Appalling how Starbucks hires people like Gio to cause harm & lose customers. With negative employees like Gio Starbucks will continue to lose business.

I usually stop by here and every now and then they don't get some orders right. But yesterday after I got my coffee I was waiting for 25 minutes for my food and I order inside but they put my order on mobile order side. They should get this right so confusing, you don't know which side to wait
Always pleasant, fast, quality friendly service, wonderful atmosphere,, great products.
Very busy and long lines, you cant even hear what name the baristas where calling.. they should have atleast 1 or 2 cashiers and not all doing the drinks coz it is really a chaotic starbucks in this place. I cant say this place is under staff since theres a lot of baristas but should have trained to do time management.
Ok, this Starbucks is on Carson and Normandie. We go here 5 days a week in the morning through the drive through to order a breaky sammie and coffee. Today the line of cars was long...an exaggeration...but you get the idea.Today we thought we were being brilliant on avoiding said long line of cars and order inside, since there was no one at the register when we got in. Awesome!Big mistake.We found out to our surprise that walk in orders are served last to everyone else. App orders or phone orders have first priority. Then comes the drive through orders next. Then if you're lucky you may get your order, hence the three stars, which is being generous. Moral of the story? There is none.
If someone says their drink is wrong and they would like it you to remake it. DO NOT ASK ME WHATS THE PROBLEM with a attitude mind you. Rude as all get out. NO ONES WANTS COFFEE MILK Chelsea or whatever your names was…! When I pulled up to the order box I was very detailed and ask for only 3 ingredient a cup. Have a amazing day xoxo
