I always come here for my Starbucks but yesterday was not a good experience. Took more than 20 mins to get a drive thru order, which never came because I did not want to wait anymore. There was only three people in line including me. The people in front of me drove off without buying their drink. Cashier was busy hiding behind window. no communication for ETA. Also they told me they ran out of the thing I ordered. Service was too slow yesterday.
Put a large sign near the drive thru entrance, that it says it's closed, when it says it's open online otherwise folks will be forced to go through the drive thru there's no way to back up.
This location is nice very clean and friendly. Only thing is no drive through like it stated.

The staff are so friendly. It's always so clean inside no matter what time I stop by. They do move slow, so don't stop by this one if you're in a rush.
So I just got off a over night fishing trip in long Beach. Im from Santa Barbara so I have 130 mile drive ahead of me so I wanted Starbucks.....my favorite HOT drink, CARAMEL MAC. WITH XXX CARAMEL DRIZZLE. SO I GIVE MY ORDER, 5 min. Later im still waiting, a Asia couple come ,order and the Asian worker got right on their drinks and they left. I went to him and asked how the last customers got their drink I watched you make before me I ordered 5 min. Ago??He said I will get get it.very un professional.Literally 2 minLater maybe less he slides me a drink.......i take a sip.......taststes like hot water with cream...I was so upset that I was treated this way . I luv Starbucks. And no apologies nothing,it was crazy, now im mad driving 3 hours to Santa Barbara thanks
It’s good coustumer service but the line very store and the drinks are very good that’s why I come here a lot
