The girl at the drive thru was sneezing. They didn't have the tea I asked for so I choose an ice green tea. The tea had an excessive amount of foam indicating that there was soap in my drink. When I showed the manager the foam he said " Oh, what's wrong with the foam?" As if it wasn't an issues. I have NEVER had a green tea with that much foam in it. To make things even more interesting, the same lady that was sneezing at the drive thru was snickering and laughing in the background. I got my refund but I will sue the company due to negligence.
Online says it opens at 4:30 am I get there at 4:35 and I grab the door and the lady shake her head no ???why does it say you guys are open if you aren’t actually open?
The line was really long but service was very fast
The service here is terrible. I witnessed the staff harass a young man who was minding his own business. He was being bullied by a couple of jerks and then told some lies to the staff. The staff proceeded to harass him. Definitely not coming back. I hate to see this kind of thing.
Starbucks just does it right can't really go wrong and if it does call headquarters and they will always take care of you
don't come to drive thru on the weekend after 630pm. Drive thru is sooo slow. The point of drive thru a is supposed be fast. Second one in line and it took 10-20min because ppl are chatting with baristas and acting like they're not on the clock. It's the the group of ppl and baristas that make it so slow - happened 3-4 times for me now and really it's getting old. I have a shift to start at 7pm so I don't have time to stay in a drive thru line for bunch of gen z kids chatting it up. Correct this and won't be coming back to this location.
Love Starbucks ordered online n got a weird version way too bitter for my usual not worth the money
