Ordered a shaken espresso with 6 sugars on the side. Didn't want the espresso shaken. They didn't do that the first few times. The drink was extremely sweet, which means that the extra packs of sugars were poured into the drink instead of in the bag. Overall The drink was awful

Very poor customer service some of the new employees have a very bad attitude i hope they read their reviews and try to improve

My friends and I went to this Starbucks yesterday. We love starbucks there was a Situation i wont get into that . The manager came outside and talked to us her name was Gaby. We were so surprised that she came out to talk to use and apologized. I wish and hope she goes further up in this company or own her own starbuck. She resolved the situation in a timely and respectful manner I would go back here. Thank you Gaby for your hospitality

I really like this Starbucks! It isn't like the typical Starbucks with the indoor cafe, it may be super busy because of it's drive-thru, but it has a great patio and it is close to the college. Everyone that works here is SUPER friendly, very helpful and takes the time to explain a new beverage if you need it! I've always had a pleasant experience coming to this location.

Nice local spot. Parking lot is a bit small, but there’s usually street parking next to here. There’s no bathroom, but when the weather’s nice it’s pleasant outside. There’s outlets under the long center table. Fast friendly service.

I'm done with Starbucks...Wrong orders, never having the basics... seriously I'm surprised they don't run out of coffee or cups... actually have run out of proper cups and had to be provided drink in a larger cup to accommodate. Was told yesterday, they were out of an item, but there was an item "almost" like it. My guy was comparing a square to a circle. Volkswagen to Ferrari.Provided over microwaved food item and wrong drink to boot. My drink? A nitro cold brew black. It comes out of the tap this way. No effort, no fuss. Glorified fountain drink. How do you get that wrong? When a brand gets too big, and the franchisee dgaf...

This StarBucks closes whenever they feel like it last week we pulled up to the drive thru and they said they were closed, I wasn't sure what they said so I asked again they wouldn't reply, I drove to the window and.they said they were short Staffed, the place was empty and there were Four employees inside wiping things down. As we drove out of the driveway an employee quickly placed cones acrossed it. again tonite we arrived LONG before closing (3hrs+) and they already had cones acrossed the opening and we could see three or four employee's inside. Both times we drove to the Starbucks on Artesia and Van Ness where we were met with friendly hardworking staff members happy to stay opened and prepare our drinks.I Suggest everyone just forget the random hours Starbucks even exists, don't waste your time driving there and go straight to the location on Artesia and Van Ness!I will won't waste my time with the location on Crenshaw near 164th street ever again what use is a closer location if it is closed hours before it is supposed to, had I walked there I'd have gotten my "Karen" on.

Coffee’s always fresh. Service is friendly! One of my favorite pit stops, before engaging my nights at work. I love this place.

Friendly staff and great service! Knocked a star off since there isn't a bathroom.

A quick hit before jury duty. Quick service and great latte.
