One thing I love about Mitsuwa is the side restaurants that you can dine in ?. The place is clean and well maintained. I love the fact that it is beside Del Amo Shopping center, so I would always come here after completing my shopping sessions. The food? Pretty good! We ordered the rice bowl, spicy miso ramen and salt ramen. I understand people are complaining that the broth can be a little salty and I agree. However, you could definitely get some oolong tea to reduce the saltiness. Personally, the ramen texture in this restaurant is probably one of the best I have tasted ( I mean soft ramen? nope, this place serve proper ramen noodles). ? Meat were juicy and had satisfying after-taste! I prefer eggs with runny egg yolk but the eggs here seemed overcooked. Nevertheless, I thought the spicy miso ramen was the better of the two because the broth wasn't as salty. As for the rice bowl, I thought the meat was seasoned well and they weren't as salty as their ramen. ??♂️Parting thoughts? I would recommend this restaurant if you love salty food. If you or your partner can't stand salty ramen, then they can always be a good friend or partner and try out the rice bowl and let you enjoy that ramen goodness! ???️
My favorite place to eat miso ramen. Staffs were friendly and welcoming.
Not worth it. The taste was fine, but I ordered online and their menu is VERY deceptive. Whatever pictures they have in it must be of their medium or large sizes (they don't indicate this nor include any size information in the descriptions). Their small ramen is a pitiful size (1 piece of pork, a pinch of mushroom, 3 pieces of bamboo, smaller noodle block than top ramen), which is not what I expected given how much I paid. The flavored egg was overcooked (yok was really hard instead of a nice silky soft-boiled egg)--should've spent the 2$ getting a larger size instead, then I could've at least felt like I got a meal from it.tl;dr- Pick somewhere else so you can at least get what you pay for.
Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - large miso ramen. We’ve had this place previously at the old location by Carson and it was always great. Unfortunately, it missed the mark this time as the broth was much saltier, a bit grainy in texture, and bitter. The ramen was good with a bit of chewiness or bite. The pork slices given were inconsistent where one practically melted in your mouth and the other was tough.Ambience: N/A - location was in the Mitsuwa food courtService: 5/5 - quick and to the point. They take card at this new location!Value for price: 3/5 - a bit pricy for the quality we were given. Pretty disappointed as we had high expectations from previous experience
Amazing Salt Ramen from this food court stall inside the Mitsuwa market at the Mall. Great seating in the Mitsuwa food court.Good value for medium and large size bowls. Wife got the spicy ramen and it was definitely super spicy.Parking is easy and right inside the doors to the left. Will definitely be back.
Spicy ramen soup.
Miso Ramen and Spicy Miso Ramen! Best Ramen ever!
I got the regular miso ramen. (I also got large, I was very hungry). I mixed it and took a bite and forgot to take a picture of it before...oops! But it's very yummy! It has two pieces of chasu. So good! I'd recommend getting a medium bowl and then getting a bowl of rice with it. They have a bunch of small rice bowl varieties!

The weakest most watery ramen broth I've had in a while. Can't believe it's Santouka. Hope it's just this location
