We try not to eat fried food too often; however, we were in need of a quick bite! We opted for the plain and spicy chicken sandwiches.There is no drive through at this location.
First time trying Popeyes fried chicken, was so excited. But it was very disappointing - way better tasting fried chicken at Ralphs. Was hoping the beignets I ordered would make up for it. But no beignets in my bag ? At least they didn't charge me but sure would have been nice if they told me they were out. I had promised kids some New Orleans "donuts" after they finished their food. Also, coleslaw had ok flavor but way to watery. Will not be returning. Ok, I'll go back but only to try the beignets. That's why they got 2 stars instead of 1.
There were only 3 customers at the time , and one of them waited for 30 minutes for her order! No employees apologized or even acted with any sense of priority, as if this was not normal. Having said that, the shrimp was good and the cashier was nice.
They didn't have there fish sandwich available, but had signs for it . Food was good though.
Best is in New Orleans where it's truly Lousiana - Southern spicy.Still love it. Best red beans and rice and biscuts

The cashier stated they could not honor a deal that I had earned from their own app! She seemed like she just didn't want to as they were a little busy. Bad customer service.
I just pulled up to this location in Torrance at 9:50pm. They close at 10pm. I walked inside & the girl tells me they are closed & there was tons if chicken just sitting on the racks behind her. I get wanting to be off but at least work the posted hours smh
