The stuffed crust and the wings were ok, but the so called "Service Fee" that Pizza Hut charges to serve us snobs in California - it's spelled out on the receipt that the fee is "to recover the extra cost of doing business in California" is not even worth one star. I will make your life a lot easier: I will not buy from you anymore. Since the prices are insanely high already and PH adds an extra fee for "serving me in California", I will gladly buy my Pizza somewhere else. And this is not about this one location, this is about Pizza Hut in General. One Pizza, wings and 5 slices of small bread for $55? No, thank you.
Tried to order what I wanted online and thought I did but when I picked it up and took it home the Pizza was not what i wanted. It was my fault not a mistake by you. I did not order it properly. I do find it hard to navigate thru the order process on the web so the next time I will just call it in and get it right from the start.
Although this Pizza Hut was a distance from me (the one closest to me is closed), I liked the customer service given and my pizza was hot and fresh.
Drive called me, I told them to check in with the security that I am on my way up to the booth, to pick up from her since i am at a place of business. She left my pizza with security, meaning another person touching my food. She was gone, No way was the conversation telling her to leave the food with him. All visitors must check in with security. Who knows how long before I would have been notified it was there with security. In the special instructions it said to check in with security. not to leave with security.
The pizza taste was great, I was happy with the attentive customer service received.
