Just had the best experience ever at a Panda Express. The food was delicious the service was fantastic. It was well staffed and Andrew had everything running like a well oiled machine.
Their portions are small. Also at times they have stop cooking 1.5 hrs before closing time.
Never once have I ordered teriyaki chicken and gotten the sauce to go with it.
Used to be my go to Panda Express. Within the past 4 months I’m not sure if employees are getting in trouble for serving less but a lady training or idk if watching the guy said you can add a little more. Seriously a little more????? My plate was half empty… lol he was even shaking .. not sure if he was new. But this is my second time this month coming and noticing way less portion of my plate.. only giving 3 stars because it used to be my go to… I didn’t want to argue to add more, but if there is measurements. The plate I got was forsure not part of measurements.. clean workplace.

Not sure if Panda Express is going out of business, or if it's just that this location SUCKS! After visiting two different weekends (one Friday, one Saturday) under the mistaken assumption that "open til 9pm" means they would have food until then, I'll never be going to this location again. As others have pointed out, they start breaking down their food line after 7pm and your selections after that are the leftovers from the 6 o'clock hour. Really stupid way to run a business... Just say you close at 7pm and be done with it! You might expect bad business practice like this in some small podunk town, but for General Tso's sake - this is suburban Los Angeles on PCH! Just 'uninstall' and sell the franchise to someone who wants to run it properly please.

I've had 3 issues in the last few months. This We'll be the last time I come to this location and will continue to purchase from Lomita.I'm not sure if this is a franchise location or not but but the customer service is seriously lagging. I left 2 starts because if you Come in in the middle of the day as fine if you come towards the latter under the day it's just a shet show.Having less than 5 and 3 of those items are (White rice Brown rice and super greens) food choices more than an hour before closing is unacceptable.Calling Uber eats and Your food choice is not listed? When you call the suggestion is "you have to come in. "Due to a shortage"If I wanted to spend $20 on an Uber to come in and come back just to pick up a 9.00 meal that makes no sense to spend 29.00 for 2 items. Sounds ridiculous.One of you employees is very mouthy and she likes to argue. I would suggest you teach your employees to shut there mouth and learn basic customer service skills. Every time I come in it's the same mouthie B. I'll get her name and update this review.We are a year into the pandemic we can't keep using the pandemic as as excuse anymore. We had a year to adjust to the new world.
