Known for their Palsaik (Pork Belly) Combo! It's their name sake and executed very well. You will get 8 different marinated pork bellh strips with some ramen kimchi stew. I recommend adding some rice too. They help cook it and will guide you on how to eat it. You'll get some lettuce that you're supposed to wrap the beef belly with some sauce and onion. You can also add some of the side dishes too.It's also next door to Smog City West Brewery too so you can hit this and get some good beer!Plenty of parking too! Located in a strip mall with other businesses.Service was super helpful and shout out to William for being great!

I went here a few weeks ago and had a terrible time. The food was okay but it looked like the owner or this older lady was fighting with the chef/cook. They came out and were arguing and fighting with each other. Extremely unprofessional, made our whole dinner atmosphere terrible. It was an awful experience.

Best Samgyeopsal place in town! We’ve been going to Palsaik since we moved to South Bay in 2017. The owners are super nice! Every time I have friends in town, I always take them here. The meats are much better quality than all you can eat places. Their ribeye which is part of the Family Combo is so tender and the marbling is almost like wagyu!
Great food and service. Not a smoky experience and they cook your order for you. We had 12 in our group. Get there early for no wait.

Hi,wanted to say thank you ???This was our first time here celebrating my birthday with my family I really like this restaurant is family oriented it’s a small place but confortable.really like that where you sit it’s nice because you can put your purse wallet inside this container and that way you don’t have to carry your purse really love this idea and it’s out of your way??❤️and you sit on it ??food was goood!!!!specially that they cooked the meat for you but if you want you can do it too I recommend this place
