This place gave me food poisoning from their chicken I've been in the hospital for 2 days this place was the last thing I ate. I got 2 plates one for myself (chicken) one for someone else (beef) the beef plate had hair in it.
We just had a terrible terrible nightmare here !At around 12:30 Jun 10, my husband came ordered mix BBQ plate, he brought it home and found it was teriyaki chicken !We drove back to store, wished to straight it up.End up they didn’t replace the food we ordered . One staff was ready to replace us the food we ordered, then there came the Ms.Zeta—- she took the food back from us , insisting paying extra to get it !That was some one made mistake, tookour order wrong, now we had to experience the bad attitude from Zeta,whose attitude is like doubting us replace chicken for mix Bbq !All we need is a good apology & straight up our order !We walked out with no food.And no never going to this store.Good day ! Ms. Zeta

Ate at many Ono's. The Torrance Ono on Sepulveda Blvd. has this very tasty BBQ chicken plate, you know the #1. Their chicken looked like perfection, its multiple colors looked spectacular as was the taste. The other Ono chefs should see what they are doing at Sepulveda. Also the rice, the veges, the mac salad was perfect too.
