Do they charge every customers 34% service fee but said only 18%?We were charged $30.18 for the service fee that is over $34%!! In the bill it said $18% but we cannot figure out how this 18% applied to our bill.3 dinners $89.8518% service fee should be $16.17=106.02+ taxThey gave us 1 senior discount:3 dinners $89.85- 5.99 (senior discount)=83.8618% service fee should be $15.10=98.95+tax

This place gets very busy, so book ahead to not wait too long. We did the all-you-can eat option which is a great price for the amount of food you will most likely eat here. The restaurant had a wide variety of meats to choose from but with it being busy, the staff can take awhile to get to you. I would go back again!

Great place for Shabu Shabu, one of the only places in the Southbay that is still open for lunch. Unique place in that the vegetables are self serve. I came here with a vegan friend and he enjoyed it too because they have vegan tonkotsu and he had noodles, tofu, and vegetables. I had the meats and they were delicious as well.

Super chill place. Great vibes all around looking forward to an eventful return. Food prices were on par with the area and most hot pot in general. not overpriced. Food is delicious and certainly will be returning. Red peppers are life the beef is delicious

Not as good as most of review said. The floor of the restaurant is a bid dirty, and the restaurant a bit messy. We opted for all- you -can -eat, but after initial beef orders, the server was hesitate to bring out the less fatty beef option. I assume this is more expensive beef. They also charge a compulsory 18% service fee regardless, and when the bill come, they still ask for more tips on the bill. For hot pot dining, I will look elsewhere.

Decent hot pot restaurant. Meat quality is good. Service was slow, but they were short staffed so I have to give them some slack. Overall, good dining experience and would return.

The food was pretty good all in all. I would recommend coming for lunch too save a couple bucks. It is all you can eat and you pick 2 broths, we ordered the shabu shabu which doesn't have a lot of flavor and sukyaki (not sure how to spell it) but it was the best in my opinion of the two. Unlimited vegetables and rice but you have to pay a couple extra dollars for Unlimited drinks. Next time we will try the pork broth and maybe the kimchi of they have it.

Absolutely incredible dining experience. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and very polite. The food and flavors were outstanding and the self serve counter, dishes, and cutlery were very clean and organized. I ate so much I could barely move afterwards!

Delicious food, helpful staff and very clean! Parking was easy and they have a covered waiting area. Will definitely be going back!

I had the All you Can Eat hot pot lunch buffet for $25.95. This is perfect if you're in the mood to choose your own veggies and noodles. You do need to cook your own so be forewarned! The broths were very flavorful and there were around a half a dozen to choose from. The pot has two sides so you have some variety. The meal also included a scoop of ice cream - vanilla, cookies and cream, and strawberry shortcake.
