This is the fourth time through drive-thru that I am going to buy at McDonald's and today was the last time, it is impossible that the four times they have given me my wrong order, I am paying for the service, I do not ask for it as a gift, which I hope my food does not have any problem because I am trusting you but obviously that does not happen, all my orders are missing something or are poorly made on the run. What kind of people do you have working in your restaurant who don't care about customers like me because you receive your checks from us (customers)? Put yourself in my place for a moment, perhaps you would like to pay for a fast food and They dont give it as you wanted, of course you would get angry, right... I will never return to that restaurant, I gave them to many opportunities but they never cared. P.S. I don't want you to contact me with your silly excuses.
Ordered from mobile and Chosen 'store pick up', but they closed the door and no one responded. No cancel option existing after I pay, so I had to line up and pick up from the drive-thru window; I would not have ordered if I had to wait 20mins.BTW, Fries and chicken nuggets were cold and hard. After this experience, I do not know if I want to come back or not.
I was surprised to see natural flowers in every single table on this location. My son and I just enjoyed some ice cream cones ?, but I was amazed with the level of cleaning and organized table inside. Fast and really great service on this one. Will definitely come back! Enjoy your visit.
Came here recently at 2AM. The person working the drive thru window's level of customer service was exceptional and impressed me. The world needs more people like him. Give him a raise!
This locations service has always been better than the closer locations to me. Fast friendly and easy to order.
The food is great, it’s clean and their coffee and cookies are nice. They have pretty flower bouquets.

Orders are always correct. Wait is minimal, every time we have visited. Employees are friendly and courteous.
Went here last week after the one on PCH was closed in the middle of the day, for some reason. There was no one in line, but I was still asked to park and wait, which I did. They finally brought it out, after waiting for at least 5 more minutes, and when she finally brought it out, it was wrong. No drink, and I ordered a medium combo, and it was small. She ran back in to get it, brought out a SMALL drink, and no more fries. Again, I told her I ordered, AND PAID, for a medium combo, and she immediately started complaining that it would take another 5 minutes to get me the order I paid for. I just left, without being reimbursed, or the order corrected. Manager was was so rude.Won't be going back again
