Waited 15 at the drive thru asked if the special 2 for $6 was still available. The guy said yes, went to paid and he charged me $11. I asked for a refund or change my order, gave me a dirty look and still didn’t give me my refund. No big deal, check my order and got the wrong order. Paid $11 for for two cheeseburgers. First and last time I’m coming here
The food was okay. The workers don't tell you when you ask if they are out of apple pies. Many times I would order something else... If they answered correctly. Then... I have to wait for them to refund my money at the window.... So annoyed because I asked. By this time the line is long... I do not go very often anymore. The workers just throw you the bag. Customer service sucks. The job is supposed to be for high school kids who want to work and do their best not old people just taking any ol job !!!
Everything was fine until I realized I was missing a hash brown. Other than that Great! I went back and I got my hash brown no questions asked.
Hi, good morning! So I am leaving a complain because it appears that after today customers have to check their orders before they leave.It’s going to become a regular thing to do people always check your bags to make sure they got everything in the bag. I am upset lol because today I orders number 6 meal McGriddle sandwich with a large coffee also a 3 hotcakes with sausage and last 2 blue berry and cream pies that’s were the problem comes. When I paid and they gave me my order she told me that Is all, I said ok thank you! I end up going to Starbucks then home that’s when I find out that I was missing my pies!!!!! Pies lol why ?You can’t trust them anymore not even when it’s not busy it was me and one other car. I though I had everything because she said that Is all ??♂️It has happens a lot the worst one was a Taco Bell that didn’t put a chalupa that cost me 5 bucks!!!!! 5 I lost gave them a big fat 1 star. It’s funny how they or sometimes you can tell they get annoyed by you when you recheck the order . But it looks like that is going to be the usual now!
The two managers on shift the night we came in were too busy talking to one of their employees about how the business administration degree they needed to get instead of actually doing they’re jobs. The bathrooms as other customers described were the worst I’ve ever seen. Urine all over the floors. Smelled like death and no toilet paper in the women’s. I wouldn’t order from here if my life depended on it. We stopped by the McDonald’s in Redondo Beach and wow what a difference. The staff were so friendly and even though it’s a tight drive through just a way better experience. I hope this location actually gets these reviews read by their corporate team. This was probably one of the worst McDonalds experiences I’ve had in my life. Utterly disgusting. And the two managers on the night shift. Shouldn’t be giving advice to anybody.
Worst drive through experience ever. Two drive through lines, one line gets services two or three times before the other line gets service.
The staff was not friendly and seemed to hate their job. We came in there to place a to-go order. They had no lids or ice for our drinks and they hardly gave any ketchup. We almost had to beg for some more ketchup. The food was good though but the staff could improve on customer service.
restroom always smells like a family of sh%t just died in there. 10x worse than a portable potty. they gotta fix the plumbing or vent system. embarrassing for a torrance restaurant. also their drive thru system of making the first two cars park on the side while the third car gets food first is backwards thinking.
Ordered through DoordashNo straws and 3rd time no sauce for the mcnuggets.Fudge sundaes had a drop of fudge...is'nt there a manager watching these employees?Tried calling and surprise no one is answering.Got $8 back from Doordash for the inconvenience.
When you come pick up your order they ignore you. They look at you like you’re the one bothering them. Their mens bathroom is ALWAYS flooded. It’s disgusting. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
