Today I visited Lucille's a place that I personally like very much. I must say that it was quite a disappointing experience. Waiting time was over an hour on Monday with many empty tables; the food took too long.The waiter never removed the starters and when the food finally arrived; the ribs were not cut and somewhat cold.The waiter had a very bad look on his nails.And they charged me twice the dish I ordered. And they give and charge me for extra slide that I never ordered.They never took the dishes and rubbish from the table.Unfortunately for me this bad experience, this place is delicious but I have to tape them so that it doesn't happen to them
I haven't been here in forever.. definitely kept all the good features with just enough updates. The wait staff seemed busy but not overwhelmed. Very prompt and professional. The signature drinks were good. I find most to be a bit on the sweet side, but nope! I had their version on the Spicy Chicken sandwich, full of flavor but could use a bit more kick to live up to the name. Overall 5 stars. A recommendation after doing your mall shopping rounds
Great service! Everyone kept coming by and checking up on us. We didn't even need to ask for refills, they automatically come by and fill us up. And best part is they provide hot towels now for when we are done.
Delicious food and trust me I'm a fat boy at heart so I know BBQ especially Texas Que'. A must try!! The only issue was a confusion with the server and my bill but other than that amazingly delicious food. Coming back for sure!
First time order salmon I really like it everything so good and at good temperature ?
Went here for lunch and has good service and a yummy meal. I got the tri tip sandwich and my friend got the tri tip salad. Her salad looked really fresh and had big slices of avocado which is always good. We both were happy with our meals. We also had the whole patio pretty much to ourselves. They had the heaters on and it felt really warm and nice. Loved the hot towels at the end of the meal too!
