First time going and definitely will be my last. The food was okay. Nothing special. Customer service was horrible. Was standing right in front of them to order, but didn't help and just stood there, working on existing orders and talking to each other instead of acknowledging us (and they did see us). But the absolutely worst part of it is one employee had their mask "on", but not really as it was just hanging on their chin. That employee didn't wear any gloves either while they worked on our order. And they WIPED THEIR FACE and NOSE with those bare hands! GROSS!!! No sense of precaution in these awful times. All the employees took their leisurely time even as orders were piling, chatting among each other. No sense of urgency and cleanliness. I'd never again.
First timer. Too healthy for me. The steak new hustle was tasty, the red rice not so much. Great service.

Got the green chili chicken bowl and the cucumber mint lemonade w electrolyte booster. All the food was so good and this is very friendly for celiac/gluten intolerant people like me. Also lactose intolerant! Everything is clearly labeled and certified.
I ordered the steak and green beans It came with red rice. The portion size for the price is way too small. The red rice was disgusting and I wanted to swap it for a side. They had to check with the supervisor or manager to only tell me that they wouldn't swap my rice for a side. The rice is disgusting, I was unhappy with it. They don't care if you like their food or to provide the customers with basic customer service. If I could give zero stars to this place I would. In addition for a place called lemonade their lemonade sucks.

I really like the food here. It’s one of the few places at the mall where you can get something healthy to eat. It’s pretty expensive though and although I always order in advance, I always seem to have to wait for a long time, mainly because people aren’t being greeted when they come in and there are a lot of staff working
If I could I would leave zero stars. By far the worst experience I ever had at ANY "Leomonade. I placed a phone order, which was set to be ready in 10 mins. I arrive for pickup and still had to wait 15mins (no exaggeration) .My food was confirmed ready,I walked up to the register to let the lady know I had a phone order to only be told I will be with you in a second. I noticed she went on and took another party that didn't even know what they wanted when you could of easily just charged me . 10mins after they finished ordering(no exaggeration) the same lady that told me to wait a second decides to then walk awayand go and help another party !like I just don't exist finally another lady comes out and ask me have I ordered I then say I am just trying to pick up an order . Icing on the cake when now into 25mins of me being there I pay and the cashier told me to have a good night with no FOOD. Fast forward I leave and call into escalate my experience and requested corporate s info. The manager on duty Christina answers saying she doesnt know it and she's management. Replying No customer calls and ask for the corporate number. My order was incomplete and their absolutely was no level of customer service given to me as a guests . I don't ever post a review but this was warranted and I hope you train your staff to treat every paying customer with respect as I know your brand started to do when opening around California.
