ABSOLUTELY GROSS! For a brand new store the girls working their….wait (are they even working)! IGot NO HELP with the menu what I got was a drink slammed in my face asking me to leave a tip and ignored me from beginning to end of trying to order. My Milk Tea didn’t even have ice in it, and for $8 all it was, was a gooey gross melted sundae. This place is for sure ALREADY KRACKED! I RECOMMEND The donut shop down the street which does a better job and they are nicer!
Heard about this milk tea/boba spot opening up and gave it a try today.As I walked in I saw one of the servers placing an order in a bag and asked about the Dragon Slayer drink because it immediately caught my eye with the purple, white, and orange colors.I asked the server what drink that was and ended up ordering it. I got mine with egg custard instead of the boba.It is served like a smoothie blend of coconut milk, dragon fruit, and bits of mango. I'm glad I got this one for starters because it was delicious and quite refreshing.All their drinks here have a unique fusion of flavors and blends than your typical milk tea/boba drink joints.Place is clean, organized, and they have helpful, friendly service.Will definitely be back to get more items on their menu.
KRAK Boba is one of the best boba place that I have been to!!!!!!! Their sweetness level is on point and colors are beautiful! Boba place is not just for its taste but it’s vibe too. Super chillaxing and dope interior design really welcomes you to drink their beverage and chill :) Let’s gooooooooo
OMGeee! Krack Boba is precisely what I need in my life! I’m so happy that I found a new Boba spot located very close to me. I’ve been putting it out into the universe that I was desperate for a new boba place close to home, and the Boba spirits delivered!I love love what Krack Boba is all about. It is more than just drinks; it’s really about unleashing your authentic self and becoming the ruler that you are. Having one of their delicious drinks will give you that boost you need to be the best you, and honestly, I felt it. The drink that I had was the Krak Signature Milk Tea with pink boba! Yes, you heard correctly, PINK Boba! That drink was exactly what I needed. It made me smack my lips together and say Yaaayysss! The pink boba, for me, is a game-changer for sure! It definitely has a different texture than your regular Boba, but it’s something different, which I’m all about; trying new things, trying different things, and Krak Boba gave me that opportunity to be different and not be basic.Hubby got a coffee which he enjoyed, and my daughter got her mango smoothie which she very much appreciated. I am excited to have Krak Boba nearby, and I will definitely be coming back. I am looking forward to trying all of their specialty drinks. The staff they’re very friendly and very hip. I got good vibes, and it just makes me want to continue to go there, so thank you Krak Boba, for a great experience, and I look forward to coming back to release my inner dragon.
This place is so good! Lots of frozen milk tea flavors and delicious boba. I’m glad I found it & will definitely coming by frequently throughout the summer for a sweet, cold treat. Not ideal for studying, no bathroom, they do have Wi-Fi, though & a bar, so if that works for you, you’re in business—some chairs outside with small tables. A great place to grab something nice & go, or hang out for a bit if you catch it uncrowded. They’re so good, though—they tend to be busy. Looking forward to trying more of the menu.
Found pieces of sharp hard plastic in my drink that my wife, 2 children, and I have all swallowed. Made at the Buena Park location. Absolutely unacceptable!

Checked out their opening yesterday and their DragonSlayer Boba drink is pretty freaking good. They seemed pretty cool at their grand opening. We'll be back.
Ordered the Sunrise Fruit Tea with Boba. There were so many seeds in it that I could not enjoy the drink or the Boba without crunching on seeds. They were not from the orange slices in the tea. In addition to there not being enough ice in the drink to chill it.
Wow idk what the soft opening people had to complain about but everything went super smooth for the grand opening and everything was amazing! We took advantage and ordered extra drinks to try as well. Sweetness was perfect, flavor was impeccable. The best part is so many vegan friendly options!! Would definitely come here again.
