In this location they keep the receipts so the employees put in this website there own remake but the service is terrible, the soda they fill it up only 3/4 not where it should be, they don't give the chocolate cookie, SO CHECK YOUR ORDERCHECK YOUR ORDER BEFOR YOU LEAVEAND ASK FOR YOUR RECIEVE so you knowIF THEY MARK MORE MONEY and you have proffYOU WON'T KNOW HOW MUCH THEY ARE OVER CHARGING you.I give it a negative star
Not t a good experience. I waited over 35 minutes and asked for my money back. I walked in to order. The drive thru window was getting their orders quickly, but my order was ignored. The kept saying they were waiting for chicken and yet the drive up orders are being fulfilled. Some of the Uber eats types were getting mad about the bad, slow response, it appeared they had a full staff, but not efficient. I'm only adding 1 star in order to post
Martin is the reason I am giving 5 stars . Great service and attentive by asking me if I needed condiments or anything else to complete my meal . He upsold me with a smile and friendliness.
I don't know what is going on at this KFC, but something is wrong! The coleslaw has a funny taste, the mash potatoes are translucent. This is NOT the quality KFC I expect. Horrible service, never get your order correct. Not even worth complaining about it to the manager. The Crenshaw Location in Torrance is the worst!
With all the different places to choose from. It's nice to get back to the basics. You can always count of KFC. Plus it brought back lots of memories.

Food is always fresh and hot, employees are okay. The best one is a young white male in black uniform. Hope he always takes my order!
Hadn't been here for quite some time and now I know why. Chicken was tender but very geasy! Ordered a meal with 8 pieces of chicken.It was supposed to be mixed. One piece looked like it might have been part of the beast? Then 4 drumsticks and 3 thighs. That was it?? This was also a very small chicken judging from the size of the pieces.Biscuits were very dry so I suppose they had been sitting for awhile. Mashed potatoes were obviously some kind of a watered down white mix of sorts.KFC used to be a good place but it has certainly gone downhill. Bring back the colonel!
