It's been years since I last had KFC ? but we've been craving fried chicken and finally decided to give in to it. The young man who served us was surprisingly friendly and efficient. Not sure if it was good training or just his nature but service like that is always a pleasant surprise.Unfortunately I can't give a fair rating of the food since I didn't eat it right away. Hot it might have been better but 30-minutes later it wasn't as crisp as I'd hoped. We'll see how it reheats tonight.
I enjoy the food there but I ordered a chocolate cake with my meal and I didn't get it. This has happened to me lots before with other items and it's really irritating. I also got a small stomach ache after I finished eating my meal from themI'm not sure if it was from the food or what but it hurt pretty bad. I would go there again, but next time I need to check my bags to make sure all the food is there.I also tried calling them a few times and they never picked up until I called again about an hour later.
I love this KFC location. They are fast and accurate. I love being able to order on the app and pickup, but their wait time isn’t that long otherwise. The store is clean, like spotless. The workers are more than happy to make sure I have everything I want.
No one answers the phone over here. I can never get chicken pot pies. They are always out! Come on KFC, we have been eating at KFC since 1977
The service and food quality I received tonight is an absolute game changer! The lady that helped me was super friendly and very nice. The chicken they served me was fire!!! ??? The chicken was super moist and juicy, cooked to perfection! It really was finger licking good! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
The Cashier Lady was Very Helpful In Helping me Pick the Best Special for us ! Then when she saw there was not enough of the specific pieces of chicken that came with my order She Kindly Asked If she could Substitute for Even Better Pieces, I Thanked her for Her Kindness and Generosity ! ! I was Very Impressed ! ! Ed Gross ; - )P.s. Some places make you wait while they fry up what your order requires !
Terrible tasting fried chicken. The breaded part is so salty that the salt of the 7 seas is not enough.
10/10/21 @ 5pm cashier wests no gloves . Handling money and turn around proceed to stick ungloved , unwashed hands in box placing wax paper first . Please retrain your cashiers proper precautions or will call department of food services.

I love the chicken pot pies in the biscuits and honey with butter and that would give us some honey and butter and for as much as we're paying for fast food these days I mean we shouldn't have to ask for honey and butter for your biscuit they're real good about it they always make sure it's in the bag without asking and plenty of napkins to
