They only have 4 items there. They forgot my rice. They drowned this CLEARLY APPETIZING steak in gravy. I ordered mashed potatoes and got mashed disappointment. Go to In and Out, they have superior everything. Jesus christ.

We ordered Original Chicken sandwich and Spicy Chicken sandwich vua drive thru. The waiting line was okay (about 10minutes, depending the the time) and the food was also tasty and fresh.

as a person who loves the chain as a whole, i felt confident in a new location opening in torrance. although the staff seemed to be extremely rude, and on many occasions, they have gotten my order wrong. i've reached my breaking point. recently, i got 3 undercooked chicken thighs, and an undercooked spicy chicken sandwich. please if you ever consider going to a jollibee near torrance, please go to the carson location. the wait may be longer but trust me, it is way worth it.

The chicken was delicious and we tried the strips, chicken joy regular and spicy. The spicy was the prefect level and very flavourful. The breading was crisp and stayed on the chicken.

Tasty chicken ? spaghetti is great to.

BOMB spicy chicken okay service ?

This was the second time I come here for lunch and my food was cold during lunch rush. I tried giving this place a second chance but it’s just not worth it anymore. Very expensive. 17$ for 6 piece tenders with drinks and fries to be serving it cold. I was told it would be a 10min wait for fresh tenders. My 30min lunch turned into a hour due to the fact that the inside is closed & there isn’t no one outside to help you. Easy fix but I think it’s just unfortunate it happen to me twice. Worst part about it all nobody even apologized and the new food didn’t feel too different from the first order.

We tried Jollibee for the first time, and enjoyed this unique take on fast food. The main draw is the fried chicken, so we tried their deluxe fried chicken sandwich (adds lettuce and tomato, in addition to umami mayo). It was quite good, but Popeyes still sets the standard. The combo meal came with a generous serving of french fries (pretty good), and a soft drink, which we upgraded to the Pineapple Refresher (very sweet, but very good). We also tried the Palabok Fiesta, which is glass noodles with garlic sauce, ground pork and shrimp, with sliced boiled egg. This was excellent, and something I couldn't believe we got through a drive-thru. Finally, we had to try the hand pies for the unique flavors (mango peach and ube). These are certainly fast-food quality, so I don't think I'll get them again, but it was definitely worth a try. The mango peach was very tasty, but no recognizable fruit, pretty much all syrup inside. The ube was fun for the novelty, but I've had better ube desserts (this tasted over-sweet to me). Bottom line: we'll be back to try some of their other offerings!

Very clean and all the staff are nice!, Sarahfay is very helpful... The dining area is very clean, this branch is very spacious and not crowded, huge free parking lot with EV charging port, close to everything you need. A must visit when you're in SoCal!We need to come back to change our Jolly toy when it's available already, as per manager's advice.

Before noon rush-hour visit, not so crowded, quick turn-around service at the counter, friendly attendants, clean atmosphere, ordered to sample side adobo rice (tasty) and ube pie dessert (like the peach/mango pie except inside oozes sweet smooth purple ube) hit the spot of satisfaction!
