Three of my coworkers and I decided to eat at this location on Friday, June 10th, at approx. 12:15 pm. I placed my order and tapped my debit card once. The cashier told me, the transaction did not go through. She asked me to try it again. As she shared that they have been having issues with the credit card machines. I proceeded to tap my debit card a second time, as it registered as the transaction being approved. I didn't think anything about what took place. Today, Saturday, June 11th, my wife was checking our credit and debit card transactions. And, she asked me if I made two purchases for the same price. I told her, No. To my surprise, I was charged twice for one order.So, now I go to Google to find the location and phone number to this Jack In The Box. I called the business number listed and no answer to my first call. I called a second time, once again, no answer.This is an indication that the Manager On Duty has poor customer service skills. Or, is only working for a paycheck in her/his management position.Why have a business phone number if no one is going to answer the phone???
Poor customer service skills. Went to the store between 5:00 to 6:30pm twice for two consecutive weeks. Same employee in the cashier. Her name is Maria. She needs further training when taking orders and needs to have good listening skills. First, she did not bagged my fries. 2nd visit, she over charged me for 2 large fries. What’s with your fries?!!! Good thing i’m craving for fries that day. And the manager, not sure if her real name is Lupe. Her voice sounds irritated on the phone because I called their attention re the bad experiences I had with their service. Hello?! Please train your employees well. Jack in the Box you have good food, but your employees here in the corner of Carson and Torrance needs a lot of improvement. Especially those ladies assigned between 5:00 to 6:30pm.
It went well food was fresh and customer service was good and drive thru was fast
This JacknBox location has just been refurbished inside and out. It's gated, new seating, new corporate look with the same great JacknBox taste and prices.
Very bad service I just went and the lady from the night shift was angry, she told her partner that these people do not stop shoving there mouth with food and the window was open apart from the fact that I got home and my order is wrong instead of complaining they should pay attention to orders
It's fast food; how good can it get
Yes it gets busy but the workers are awesome and the food is always fantastic mind yall that me my sister and older brother go here atleast 3 to 4 times a week. Be happy that they're 24 hours and have workers that can do night shifts too.
Would like to see fresher food served please and thanks.
Very convenient location. Parking is easy with many spaces. Pretty clean & fast. I did see homeless around the area. Staffs are helpful & nice.
