Not overly excited about this jack in the box. Not to sure what it is but seems like the atmosphere is all wrong here.
HorribleTook for ever to even acknowledge I was there.Took for ever to give me my food.The chicken sandwiches where burnt and the didn't give me all my jalapeno poppers I ordered. Sucks.
Customer service was poor. Employees wasn't prompt with greeting nor acknowledging the customers.
That new Chicken sandwich was lousy.If they put enough Sauce and extra pickles like they show on TV it might be better.
Nice water splash area for kidos, nice pool next to it as well(pay small fee 4 pool) and nice park area and tables by the lake. Wonderful. Make sure to check hours.
Don't trust them to deliver what you ordered! I handed them a coupon for two Sourdough Jacks for $6 and got two Jumbo Jacks.
They always get the order wrong. A majority of the employees are courteous. But it is the few that “act” like they don’t want to be there at all. The current manager “Ana” seems quite condescending when approached with any issue. She pretends to not understand your complaint and is quite dismissive. The previous managers were far more professional and I wish they were back.
