Got a #13 meal. Time of night was 8:00 pm After receiving my soda which was watered down. I asked for a shake instead. They were rude that I wanted to replace it. And even ruder upon receiving the rest of my order.
I didn't like it.... The burguer was Good but fries ando mini tacos was to oily.... And sprite was not tasting good
GIGANTIC Egg Rolls are DELICIOUS!! CHOCOLATE SHAKES ARE YUMMY! CHOCOLATE CAKE IS TRULY DELICIOUS! Breakfast Platter is awesome too!!
The employees are great. They close earlier than posted. It's to bad the owner DOES NOT have any idea how good they are. Hi IS VERY, VERY CHEAP with wages, repairing things, some of the up keep also does not allow dining in. If he would show the smallest bit of appreciation, he would be awarded a 100 fold.
Got 2 orders of egg rolls, each order consists of 2 egg rolls or supposed to. One order was shorted to only 1 egg roll. Can't see how difficult it could be to count to 2!
I love Jack's shake. These are the best shakes accoross any fast food chain. Quality of burger patty is always good but sometimes quality of breads are not, otherwise I would have given a 5 star.
The drive through lady had an attitude after she said speak up I can't hear you? So I spoke louder she was making threats we left ..sorry but not friendly to trust we are here to eat not argue..I hope for better service and we were new saw the ads and thought we should try it ..bad experience..I know customers bring service and money we were willing to order ..just disappointed it wasn't good ..maybe next time
This was the worst experience I ordered a chicken club sandwich combo for my youngest daughter she took one bit the chicken was raw I drove back and showed them they said it was no manager there and ask for my receipt after telling them my daughter ate the half raw chicken I got my money back and left on December 24 at 10:00pm I had to go home with no food for my daughter. ??✍
I would give at least 2 stars but I walked up and I wasn't even able to go inside because the doors were locked. Yes I could have gone thru the drive thru but the line was long. No wonder they had an empty parking lot. ?
this Jack in the Box closed at 2-3pm afternoon to walk in customers why?! yet clearly they serving drive in customers and they didn't open when saw me rude
