Cute little store - not like the typical Jack in the Box. Very small inside...though I didn't go in. Friendly service and it was fast - just what I wanted.
They gave me tacos with only lettuce and cheese.
I went through the drive through and ordered 14 tacos. Out of the 14 tacos only 1 taco actually had the meat in it. They gave me tacos with only lettuce and cheese. I will never come back to this jack in the box again. The manager didn't even apologize for the situation she didn't even look at the tacos to see that there was clearly no meat in them. I think she already knew there was no meat. She reimbursed me only for 10 tacos even though non except 1 had meat. Terrible experience.
It's Jack in the Box. You know what you're getting. We stop by for a late-night-bite on our way home from our local. I usually get 3 orders of 2 tacos and my girl gets the mini tacos.Don't go to bed hungry!
If I could give negative stars I would…the incompetence at this place is ASTOUNDING…I know it’s fast food but honestly it’s not difficult
Seriously, this place hasn't gotten an order correct in the last 3 times I've been there. They don't care either. Check whatever you order before you pull through. On my last order they verified what i ordered when they gave it to me, when i got home... not even close, like how could you eff it up that badly when you handed someone their food while telling them what they ordered? You'll regret it if you don't look at the actual food you ordered.
The food is okay but the pictures and the food just don't match and once you get the food it doesn't taste as well as it should I don't know what happened to Jack In The Box but this one on Torrence needs an upgrade in the building the food and the employees all the employees are good but they need an update of everything this building hasn't been updated since the 1970s and it's looking like it and everything around it is getting facelift except for it franchisee is being lazy and he should do something about it otherwise the food's okay if you want fast food it doesn't impress me anymore like it used to it's the way they present the food it's not presented right and it's sloping with the food it says if the cook doesn't care what it looks like poor representation of really good food
bad attitude from the latin manager its not our fault you dislike your crew and job being miserable Not good customer service your customers will have worst attitudes and sure a in person complaint
Very slow line at drive thru, Food was fresh though so it's worth it.
Jack in the Box closes at 2 A.M. I pulled in at 1:05 A.M. and was told Jack in the Box at this location closes at 1 A.M. so the employees can leave at 2 A.M. False advertisement on your 6 A.M. to 2 A.M. it should be changed to 1 A.M.
