I love this place!!! It's my new favorite place for my boba drinks now!!! Loooove, looooove there Americano coffee w/ xtra half and half, zero sugar, xtra boba and easy ice.(Deliciousoooo!!!). When I placed my order I accidentally forgot to tell them zero sugar. Once they called my number, I apologize and told them I forgot to mention zero sugar, they were so kin and friendly, they told me not to worry and prepared me a new order!!! It was perfection
Edit: came in another day and the person at the register was awesome and had a great attitude. She changed my mind from 3 star to 5 star. Love great customer service.Old review: Not bad I still prefer the Boba Time in PV. Drinks were good but I felt like the workers did not wanna be there and lacked energy compared the the ones in PV.
Darn! It's Boba Time did not fulfill my Boba craving. The menu offers an array of choices that covers everyone's particulars. In addition to beverages, they offer macarons and pre-made crepe cake slices. I ordered several drinks, Taro, Thai Tea, and two Tiger Milk Teas (I think that was the name). I also ordered two Vanilla macarons, two rosewater macarons, and one hazelnut macaron. The macarons were very hard and tasted like they might have been there for a while. They were not fresh and pretty much not eatable, so, unfortunately, I had to just throw them away. The Taro drink was ok, the Thai Tea was OK the Tiger Milk Tea tasted like pure milk, I didn’t really get anything but milk, so it wasn’t good. I did try to drink some of it just because I didn’t want to waste it, but my husband was not having it; he did not like it at all. The Boba itself was pretty tasty; it actually tasted fresh and had a sweetness to it. That was really the only good thing. I was disappointed and most likely will not be returning.
Some of your staff are not professional and not customer service oriented.Please train them in courtesy and greeting and thank you. Common customer service skills.Stop playing the darn music too loud. It is difficult to hear the cashier. Music is for ambiance not the main focus of the business.
I used to work at boba loca, and I can honestly say this place has a huge menu with so many good smoothies, slushies, teas, even acai bowls and shaved ice options?. The prices are fair and the staff is super chill and welcoming. If you're in the area, make sure to check them out, the Thai tea with boba and unsweetened almond milk is ????? I'll be coming back....tomorrow lol-Ive Rey?
The staff here are ridiculous.Got discriminated just for not wearing a mask even though I have a medical disability which is against the law and considered discrimination here in the US (also under California state code 57.1c). Whats next guys, you want us showing medical papers to buy drinks from you too?
We got the classic boba and earl grey boba tea but neither of them are authentic. We usually get 30% sugar level so the tea flavor could show but the 25% sugar level here makes the boba tea tastes like water.
They couldn't make my order Sunday 800pm a girl said they where under staff so they couldn't my order. Bad services.
The boba coffee I ordered was thick and tasted expired. I always get this drink so I would know what it would taste like. When I went back into Boba Time and told the workers about my drink, they were unfriendly.
They take forever plus there people just standing there talking and talking and not working and u just waiting while there people waiting for order
