I’ve been to Japan many times, and this place provides an authentic high quality experience for a reasonable cost. My family especially liked the yakitori (grilled chicken) bowl. We also enjoyed the combination bento boxes, and tea. We have definitely found a new favorite restaurant that serves some of the best Japanese I’ve had in the US and in Japan.
Great food and service! The yakitori bowl was amazing!
Can’t tell you how the food is because we walked in and waited for 20 minutes with two waitresses walking by us and not even acknowledging our presence. Not even “hello we’ll be right with you”. Not even eye contact. We had to leave abs go to CPK next door.
Always come here when my kids don't know what to eat since they have variety of japanese food to choose from. My sons love their kake udon, onigiri, curry rice, tempura, and karei no nitsuke. Their fish selections are always fresh.
Sushi is very good service is excellent all in all the food is great
Fish just melts in my mouth. Definitely 5 stars!
Good homestyle Japanese food. Nothing fancy. Prices went up recently. Our go to place.
Amazing authentic Japanese dishes and venue
Excellent Japanese Cuisine
Almost never answers phone. Maybe they aren't open on Mondays, but I JUST called on Sunday to place a Monday order. They refused, said to call back tomorrow. I checked opening time with the person, she confirmed they'd open at 11:30am. No one's there, phone message box is full, the family member doing the pickup said the place was dark.We loved this place, but the service is not good. They have a huge menu and often half the stuff isn't being served and/or it's reserved for dinner/weekends/whatever. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is that I quite like the food and staff when I can actually be there in person and they actually make what I ask for. It's like being in a terrible relationship you know you should end, and I sadly think I'll just have to walk away from this place. I've tried ordering out several times, and non-communication feels like they simply don't want customers. Good luck, Iccho.
