The food and baked goods are always fresh and tasty. Outdoor dining is enclosed and each table has their own ceiling heaters. Very comfy dining and their service always professional.
First time here and it was good. The reason for 3 star was because of service. It was busy in the morning but once we got seated the waiter didn't check in as much and forgot my daughter's breakfast of cinnamon roll french toast combo. She didn't finish it because it was really sweet especially with the syrup. I ordered the fresh fruit waffle combo which is pictured and it was good, only problem I had was that it was also too sweet, a little too much strawberry syrup for me. I did get to try a dessert that they have, an individual strawberry banana meringue pie, more banana than strawberry inside it.
Great experience! We picked Hof's Hut because they were pet friendly as we were traveling with our dog. The restaurant was very clean, service was friendly and prompt, and the food was very good. We originally went there for breakfast one day and enjoyed it so much that we went back for dinner another day. I would highly recommend this restaurant...........I hope you enjoy your experience.
I've been eating at this place since when me and family first moved in Torrance 2002. Then again in 2011. Sort of reminds me of Marie Calendar's, but it's better. ? are delicious especially the ?. My mom and I recently had breakfast last week. Very good.
I am totally partial to this location, which is tied up to numerous personal memories.The remodel they did about 3 years ago, adding the bar, was brilliant and now the Sgt Pepper's Lonely Heart's clubbers can sit at the bar and listen to jazz, have a glass of wine, or other drinks, and eat in a clean family environment.Plenty of parking, but this is a busy place,specially for weekend breakfast or special.holidays. I never go there those days because waiting times could be up to 40 minutes.The food is above average compared to similar franchises and the staff is professional and kind whenever time allows.Restrooms could be better, but they are okay. Please people, let's help business keeping their bathrooms clean and tip your harworking waiters.Oh, i am so glad we are keaving behind that pandemic stuff!!!
The place was pretty good. I got the cinnamon French toast that came with eggs and bacon. The staff was nice and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend.
I heard so much about this place. Decided to try it for our Ladies’ lunch group. I tried the tuna melt along with a friend that had it in the past. She said it didn’t look like the Tuna Melt she was use to getting at Hof Hut, which was suppose to be on sour dough bread. She said the bread is usually thick cut. It looked and tasted like grilled store bought white bread (see photo). Another friend had to ask for a knife, then for her toast which finally came towards the end of her meal and was slightly burnt. Waitress never asked if we wanted separate bills. Waitress left so many straws and napkins on the table that we left unused. Not impressed with lunch but I’m willing to come back and try dinner.
Delicious food, a little bit busy at lunch time, but overall good....they forgot to bring utensils for eating....coffee ☕ really good.... pancakes fluffy and moist... like said before good experience.... delicious pies and muffins, cheesecake and pastries .... breakfast all day....
