This place was awesome. Food was great and it was the first time I didn't have to wait for so long to get more meat. The service was so fast and the staff was so nice. I really recommend this place !

Excellent customer service and staff. Ordinary wait of around 15-20 minutes. Not that bad. Perfect date night spot. Ambiance and mood are cozy. Bring your conversation and an appetite. Took a star away for the slippery floor. Overall great experience.

Sides are very limited and they have one or two sauces which I wasn't told what they were - meat was all tough and not seasoned AT ALL. Ordered 12 different items and the only flavorful one was the Hawaiian steak. Waitress also greeted us by saying "there are only three servers for this whole restaurant (on a Friday night) so order everything you want now because you won't see my for a while." What great service!
My party of 4 arrived at about 1pm and there was a 20 to 40 minute wait time. We were seated after 25 minutes. The only issue we had before being seated was with the menu, they use a QR code at the check in area for the menu but it wouldn't load for me. We were able to locate a menu online but it wasn't exactly right. We ordered our drinks and meats and everything was great, except the Hawaiian Beef Steaks. They seemed to be frozen and the cut of meat was tough and had a LOT of gristle. Everything else was perfect and delicious.
The place is great, but gets really busy. If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat I wouldn’t recommend. The place is friends and family friendly. I went in a group of 8 and waited a bit but the staff make up for the wait very attentive and the food is great.
Tasty meats, but nothing was explained what condiments were what, and how things worked...The grill becomes quickly soiled from the marinades and if you can't get anyone to change it out right away causes excessive smoking/burning.Filtration seemed lacking with how many tables running and those not aware to ask the grill to be changed out.Not a bad first time experience, but won't be returning due to the over worked staff... They hustle as best as they can with all the tables they cover, but fighting a losing battle...
