Love this place so much....but it's closed at the del AMO mall....so so sad....but of you get a chance and find one....go...so good....it's a sweet gem *guess what I was mistaken....it's inside the mall now ...GO GO GO....did I say g0?
I was absolutely pleased by the great customer service Alysia gave us today (07-20-21)These days its very difficult to even get 'decent customer service' anywhere, so I was blown away!!I was Extremely happy and will definitely stop by again.Thank you, thank you, if you're seeing this alysia. ?

Frostbites is a fantastic place. The ice-cream is really custard chocolate and or vanilla AND THEN then there are many options of the thinnest frost ice to go on top. I like the chocolate with the coconut ice.
Amazing & delicious. Staff was delightful!I came with a little date and it was so good. It's really hard to stay safe and everything during COVID but we made it possible and came by. The flavors were great and the price wasn't too bad
Descent crepe but employees are pushy and a bit weird. Makes people feel uncomfortable sometimes. It's obviously when you look at the faces of people who come in and have to answer a barrage of questions just to get a crepe or iced cream cone.
the mochi ice cream with specialty flavors are called mochilato's and they are 25 cents more than the regular flavored mochi ice cream.
Disappointed to have such a rude employee work there. Was going to buy ice cream for the fam but I guess not. I’ll buy ice cream elsewhere

First time here... the young man that served us was wonderful! He had a great spunky personality with wonderful suggestions. I ordered a crepe and my son ordered a frostbite chill... both were delicious. We will definitely be going back. Hopefully that young man will be there so that I can get his name to update on here for his great suggestions.
