Not sure what this man was so upset about but there was an older Asian man that got upset when I asked for my chicken to be well done. Didn’t give me a receipt and didn’t even have his mask over his mouth or nose. Flame broiler needs to do something about this as I will take this above management.
They do not have cup for water???
Its my first time and I will never come back. The service is horrible. Older asian man acts like he is so miserable at his job. Was extremely rude. I was even saying please and thank you and nope still rude. He even snatch my credit card from my hand. Oh boy I have never encounter worst service like I just did here in this place. NEVER AGAIN!
The worst service. The food is as good as it can get but the worst service I have EVER received from any fast food restaurant and undercooked chicken. Do not come here.
Last week I stop at this place after I had paid with my debit I noticed a paper that said we sell your information to a third party and if you are not agree tell the cashier to voided. When I ask the cashier he keep saying a don't understand without looking at me. I told him 3 times to get in touch with someone that knows and he keep saying I don't understand. I will never stop at this place again
The cashier/manager has an attitude!
Really good cook , always fast but Next time you come in , notice that there isn't any schedule at what time they open , I work close by and every morning they open at different times
We visit usually once a week. The restaurant is clean and staff is friendly and on point. Love the veggie/protein mix with rice. This place is affordable, simple and tastes good. We will be back.
