Ordering by app is very convenient. But their tracking status is misleading. Each time I arrived after the app indicated my order was ready, I still had to wait at this Walteria location. Today, I made sure to leave home several minutes after the app said my order was ready for pickup. This time, when I arrived I was told the delivery driver took my pizza. So I had to wait another 10 minutes for a new and burnt pizza. Go Elsewhere!
Fake hours. Not open until 1 AM on Friday night.
Worst service ever. I picked up my pizza and garlic twist on time per App. Got home 5 minutes later and garlic bread hard. I called and went back to get fresh one. The manager Mark said it was my fault because he saw it sit on heater for 45 min. I told him I already went home and came back and it hasn't even been 45 min since original order. He just wanted to explain himself and show his power. He should be saying sorry instead of acting like my fault. I told him kiss my rear and I'm never coming back. Manager Mark wouldn't give last name and doesn't have name tag so who knows. This place used to be way better. Mark isn't management material for sure. Evening shift manager needed
I came in at 8:30pm tonight to order wings. I wanted 32 but he said that they are low tonight and max order is 10. I agreed and got my food 15min later. I open the box and he gave me 8 wings. Yet charged me for 10. All I can eat is gluten free pizza and wings, and it sucks to be limited and then shorted. :(
So I’m at a hotel near the Dominos pizza I called to order because my kids were really hungry employee answers the phone laughing and hung up on me saying call again later I called about two more times they still hung up on me. Then I called one more time hoping that they will be a little nicer then they want to act smart saying that they don’t know what hotel I’m staying at and I told them I was going to give them my address I was so disappointed how their customer service was so poor they gave me attitude at this point I had enough and told them that I was never going to order from them again and he continued to laugh and hang up on me.....
Whenever there is a need for some pizza, Domino´s delivers. Pretty much every time, without fail, Mark is there making good pizza. Although there are higher quality pizza joints around, Domino´s is always a dependable option as they are cheaper and more consistent with their pizza than the others. Mark always has the pizza´s done within a reasonable time and is a very cool person in general.
Love it still the best pizza we enjoyed.
I have ordered many times from them and there was not once disappointed... Manager is great.
Literally just got the worst pizza I’ve ever ordered from them. All the toppings were scorched and there was no cheese. It was a o sad man... ?
First time trying the BBQ chicken from a school get together.. I just had to have seconds with the fam. I'm not an onion fan, so next time I'll just ask for no onions. Great flavor. Something I never would have just tried on my own. It's my new fav
