I usually dont give bad reviews but first time i ordered from here they would not allow 2 seperate orders via drive thru. so i decided to try again and walked in months later from first visit. i had ordered their impossible guac burrito and tried their egg and cheese wrap snack they had. My coworker had also ordered though his was more and they forgot one of his tacos and for myself they gave me a normal asada burrito. sadly i think it was due to the cashiers english because i had also mentioned to her in spanish that i want impossible meat burrito and pointed and still got a regular carne asada burrito. sadly never going back. I hope they fix issues soon as i remember long ago they were very delicious foods with great precise customer service.
I didn't go inside, but the Drive-Thur, is horrible to get in. Other car's, are coming in from different directions, causing delays, blockage, people cursing at you, because it's difficult to get in and out. The only reason I stayed and put up with it, was because, I was very hungry. They, really scamp on the food they give you, and you have to pay for extras. I don't go to them to much, because, there always seems to be a problem. So I don't like going to this location, because the wait is lonnnnnng.
Went in placed order watched numerous cars pull into line at drive-thru and leave long before I got my order guess drive-thru has priority over walkins and let it be known they charge 40 cents per burrito for a sprinkle of onions didn't realize till I got home an looked at reciept that was 8 burritos times 40 cents total extra $3.20 never advised to extra charge pretty soon they'll charge for sauce
I ordered a CHICKEN GUACAMOLE crunchtada. There is not one peace of chicken OR guacamole on this whole thing. Only beans, cheese, and lettuce. Does this look like something you’d spend over 3 dollars on? Ridiculous.
This Del Taco place is more of a Drive-thru than a dining area. Their service is fine. Nothing big to write about.
Drive thru was packed today! For some reason everyone wanted deltaco. This location closes late 1am and 2am fri/sat. My go to spot if other places are closed.
I have never been to this Del Taco location but I have passed by the location on the bus on my way to my destination I have eaten the brands fast food before I like the chicken soft taco in the past.
It's Del Taco, so I grab the fish taco combo with a cherry coke and that's my meal. EBT is welcomed here!
i have nothing against Spanish speaking employees. But for the sake of the business, del taco should really employ someone that can speak and understand English. I went back and forth with the woman doing the drive through that i ultimately got frustrated and left and went to McDonald's. The lady didn't even know about any menu items and would simply respond to my questions with "burrritoo??" and "taaaaCooO?" No time for this bs.
I'll give it no stars if I could, they gave me some old and cold chilli fries and your food quality is trash... I would dispute with my bank if I didn't have to wait on a replacement card...
