Going in, youll never be disappointed by the show. Seeing the way the air curls as the liquid nitrogen is used to flash freeze your ice cream is always satisfying! You may think its pricey, but considering the materials used I'd say prices here are fair. The menu is clear and guides you through the step by step process, if you have any questions the staff is super helpful.I love mint ice cream and think the chocolate usually kills it... this is one of 2 parlors I know I can get pure mint, and it's always worth it! Nitroshake or ice cream, both are delicious and flavor is strong. My partner is vegan and its amazing that they have a plant based option for the majority of the menu.
Was a little messy, but ice cream is always good. Sadly not a lot of seating options open.
Fun and nice crew! Healthy options. They have different ice cream bases. Different fruits. Non dairy options! I love watching them freeze the ice cream! It's a nice show.
First time we go there, the girls love the ice cream but found it pricy, I just took a small vanilla, I prefer keeping my opinion but the girls love it. For me it is pricy.

I saw one of the women preparing and serving the ice cream LICK ICE CREAM OFF OF HER GLOVED HAND AND CONTINUED TO SERVE.We are on our way out of a pandemic, from a virus that spreads through spit….yea…and she had an attitude. I never write reviews. But they didn’t pick up the phone when I tried to tell the manager.I’m writing this in hopes that the manager sees this and makes the correction’s needed. I’m purposely not saying who she was, so she can just catch the hint
After a full filling dinner at Gen Korean BBQ, I decided to check out this unique ice cream parlor.They have non-dairy based & dairy based ice cream & shakes.You just order from the menu and the staff will customize your order.I got the Strawberry bond shake, wifey got the Element shake, & daughter got the Chocolate combustion in a cup.It takes them a few extra minutes than the usual ice cream or frozen yogurt parlors especially when it's busy.The place is clean, organized, and they have good service. We'll come back to try other options on the menu.
