You would never think you’d have to leave a bad experience review on an ice cream shop. I walked in asked where the lined formed because me and another guest were standing around not greeted. When I made eye contact with the employee his first words were what what do you want! I told him you don’t speak to your guests like that. I proceeded to order my childrens ice cream request . Fast forward check out I ask for his name he said he doesn’t have 1 and looking back at the experience he never washed his hands, wore gloves, and barely a mask. I will be calling the health department because after leaving I realized why was I in this place with no customer service and it was hella dirty in there. I spent $32 dollars to realize the experience wasn’t right for home and discarded everything I purchased JIC to keep my family safe. Will never go back here
Service is super slow, no sense of urgency. To go orders come before customer in line.
The front of the place needs a little sprucing up...owners take note.and ice cream so cool!!
I arrived to this store on crutches. One guy was doing a pick up order and the girl was cleaning something. Nobody addressed me. After about 5 minutes another girl comes out looks at me says nothing and started to wipe down the counter. Now there is 3 people and nobody says hello, give me a min. Or even addresses me. When I turn to crutch my way out the door they still don't address me even though I had be standing there for a while. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Not a bad experience at all, but it wasn't great either... They could have mixed in the toppings a little better.... Also, they mixed one ice cream at a time and put it aside and gave us all of them together. They were also super slow at the cash counter so the first ice cream started melting by the time we got it.The other server was smarter and handed their customer the ? as they mixed it.
I would like to apologize to Kaylin and her "buddy". I apologize for asking for a minute to figure out my order. I'm sorry it was a HUGE inconvenience for you. I would have ordered more but the staff at this location seemed to be in a rush while there was no one else in the store. Next time I will try my luck at Baskin Robbins I'm sure they will appreciate my business. IN ADDITION, she managed to give me the WRONG ice cream after having repeated myself several times! People please save you your time and money. The WORST service.
If you want a bad experience, this is the perfect place for you. The staff are rude and impatient. Do not come here trust me. There is a reason why they have alot of 1 star reviews. I can talk about all the bad experiences here but why bother when it will go unchanged. All I can do is warn future customers. Shout out to Kaylin M. She had the worst attitude!
Ordered and waiting in line with 2 others at the pickup counter. There's 3 employees and while the store is crowded. They have no real organization, they move the line and left the pickup wait. I've been here for 20 mins and they just keep moving the line.
It is very close to my house just up the street on Artesia Blvd. My favorites are the Milk and Cookies shake and the signature creation Oreo Overload. I'm also a rewards member. It is also very convenient to my gym.
Have been there 3 times in the last 6 months and same experience with a melting ice cream!!! By the time I get to my car, ice cream is literally dripping from bowl. So now imagine my frustration when I have a toddler with a melting ice cream within 2 mins of getting it.
