I have to say staff seems very busy here, I’m assuming that’s the case since they’re out of sight. When we came in no one was at the front to stamp our hands so we waited a bit. There was also a line once we stepped up to order our food and play card which was definitely not organized because several people just walked up to place their order and I stood there waiting for someone to call me up but apparently it doesn’t work that way here. After making my purchase I was given a buzzer, after some time it went off and I had no idea where to pick up my food or get my drinks.Luckily there was a woman selling balloons, cotton candy, and lollipops on a cart, I asked her where I can pick up my food because my buzzer is going off… she kindly explains to me where the drinks and food area was… OK once I made it to the window to get my food there was literally seven pieces of wings and 4 pieces of celery (2 of which looked old) on the platter. $17.99 you would think they would give you 10 pieces of wings and fresh celery. At any rate I won’t be coming back due to so-so customer service and old food.
Place is nice, the staff is amazing, always there when you need them. Food was served quick. I was here for a party and I would say it was fun for the family. A few things though is that the food here is a bit pricey for the quality it is, the pizza is adequate. A lot of games are not working as for those that are working don’t really offer a lot of tickets for kids to get prizes. As for the “icons” on the stage seem kind of broken, as two out of the five “icons” has a broken eye, it’s very noticeable. But overall an okay place. But can garuntee great service and fun for kids :).
Pizza is amazing as always, tons of games and they're all functional. We went with our dad to reminiscence, didn't play the games but just ate the pizza. I will say however that we noticed their "bundle deal" for a lge pizza and 4 drinks was actually more expensive that way than if we just ordered everything individually (only by a $1 or $2). Took a star off because their bathroom is complete chaos and dirty.
I definitely did not mean to give this a 5 star review. I would give it 3 stars it's at best. It was clean and not very crowded but the pizza was not that great. Chuck E cheese's has gotten incredibly expensive! I ordered an individual pizza that was the size of a plate and it was $17!! I spent about $200 on food and drinks and games for the children. Chuck E cheese is used to be a A nice place to take your children for a nominal cost but that no more. The kids had a great time though
It’s not fun like it used to be before Covid .Many play stations doesn’t work. Also prices r changed which I felt to b pricey not worth it.Staff is good !Over crowded in weekends .
Went to this location for a birthday party at 11 in the a.m. recommend going in the morning not so crowded but I had a good time being a big kid playing the games and eating pizza
We celebrated my grandson's third birthday at Chuck e cheese's my nephews and cousins and their kids had a good time I like the fact that they gave them a band for 2 hours play and you can pause your time while you're eating the kids enjoyed it wasn't crowded
Skye, or Skai, or Sky? I remember the name, but not the spelling. She was grand! Everyone there was amazing. We held our daughters 2nd birthday party here, 3/12/22 and it will be apart of our good memories pile forever. There were 4 parties along side ours and it just seemed like a mega party for children. A great time for the family and the birthday children.
Excellent... Clean.. family place. Kids love it.
Always a pleasure taking the kids here other than they did not have any chicken for the pizza the salad was amazing
