Placed an order for 2 chicken biscuit meals. Got there, checked in, waited about 15 minutes (nobody greeted anyone that walked in and was waiting they just continued to talk to eachother while side looking at all of the customers) finally got our food, got in the car and sat down to eat only to find out that they didn't put any chicken inside of either of the 2 biscuits, just 2 empty biscuits. Took the meals back the girl at the front asked be if I needed help, I told her what happened and she spoke to the other girl in the front who loudly made sure it wasn't her that made the mistake "oh no, that was (coworkers name) that's her fault she needs to deal with it.) The poor girl then went to the back and brought up who I assume was the manager and she came out saying that they were training someone new and they said there was chicken in it and there wasn't, but I mean.... you can clearly feel there was nothing in it, so whoever was packing the bag could have easily known if they were paying attention. After she told me she just continued to stare at me until I asked her again for my money back. For a company who prides on customer service, this location has that lacking.
The location is convenient and their staffs provided fast service. The food is good and their restrooms were clean.
Me and my family are so in love with chick-fil-A every time we go to the movies we always have our chicken burger and chicken tenders and fries and we recommend.them Try them

This is not a good chicken restaurant only went here cause I was giving a gift card. So I brought lemonade and fries the fries were hot but not crispy and the chicken was bland. They do get points on lemonade but that's it. This is for some people but not all
I'm was surprised at the new items on their menu. Always a good experience from employees and food. We always look forward to coming back!
Food was good chicken strips were a little smaller then other chick-fil-a I’ve been too. But was tasty a little burnt on the chicken strips. Yes I would try this chick -fil-a again . Lemonade was fire LOVE LOVE there lemonade.
The fries and the chicken are good. However I have had better chicken sandwiches, the bread was soggy.
Very busy place, too many doordash orders, Long waiting time. Not very good experience.
