They're changing the name to Eat Fantastic, no longer Burger City Grill. Is the 1st thing I noticed. Had a Burger from the P C. H. location in Lomita, then today from the Artesia location in Torrance. It's not the same. The "brioche bun" looked more like an extra large regular hamburger bun. The taste of the Burger also has changed not the same quality ?.
I went through the drive through and ordered a vanilla shake. I usually eat inside and see the workers hand scoop the shake. They handed me the shake in less than 3 minutes. I paid and drove off. Once I got to the first stoplight and took a sip, that milkshake was more like milk than ice cream. I called them and they said that's how they're made. I told them I've watched the struggle scooping the ice cream out but they insisted it was fresh.Shake fail.
The lunch box combo is a bargain. The burger is delicious and the chicken tenders (2) are moist and not overly breaded (also delicious-dare I say better than the well known chicken place ). It includes fries and a cookie. The burger with the onion rings and barbecue sauce (forgot the name) was also delicious. How do I know about both? We split each burger and had a chicken tender apiece.

The burgers here are really good. The meat is never dry and the ingredients always fresh. Haven’t had a bad burger here. We also had their chicken tenders which are the best we’ve had in So Cal as they are always crispy and moist despite them being white meat.There are many chicken speciality spots that don’t even come close so definitely try these out if you’re a fan of chicken strips/tenders.

We had Burgers, Mamba fries, pastrami sandwich and oreo milkshake. All was so good! Definitely our go too spot. We found this place on a hum bug, but glad we did.. The price matches the quantity of food you get..
OMG this has to be the best burger spot in Los Angeles words that come to mind QUALITY, QUANTITY and SERVICE I usually get the lunch box it come with 1/4 lbs burger on a brioche bun, I usually add pastrami, fries and 2 hand battered chicken strips for just under $15 I'm a big man this is two meals super tasty well worth it
Santa Monica burger without cheese. I bacon was super crispy, burger was freshly made. Next time, no sauce or pickles ...or bun. That's just me!
First, the customer service is fantastic! The people behind the counter were so full of energy and seemed genuinely happy. Now, onto the food. We ordered 4 burgers, one protein style, one with bacin and onion rings, 3 fries, and one order of onion rings. Everything was really good! The onion rings needed salt but everything else was yummy!
