2:00 pm and stood there for 5 mins watching employees run around. After one finally notices me, he states they are closing for 30 mins and come back then. Blaze Management, seriously? I understand that labor shortages are everywhere, but at least train your people in customer service. Thank God Sbarro's was right down the way. Ate there instead.
Went during lunch hour the were all out of almost everything I asked if they can refill it and the little girl was saying that she was just helping for the day she works at another blaze. Um so.... you gonna stay empty the whole day.
I ordered online but the place was closed on Tue 4/19. My card was charged too. You shouldn't be able to order online if the place is closed!! And shouldn't charge you!!!
Went to get a pie at 7:30 and no employee in sight! Even though it states online, this location closes at 8pm. Every other restaurants are open, except this one, at the Mall. This is a picture I took at 7:30pm. Every employee hiding in the back, not taking any orders.
I loved it it is good the pizza is great and the pizza is so thin.
Very slow. I’ve been waiting for about 40 minutes now. And they don’t serve cups of water. I’ve definitely been to better blaze pizzas.

The young man who seems to be training today seems over it. I stood in line and no acknowledgement. One of the employees asked how I could be helped and when I told her what I wanted she said the guy would be right with me.Its sad to see such a mismanaged place like this. You're loosing customers by the minute
