It was my birthday dinner and I must say the atmosphere was wonderful and pleasant. Our 2 waiters Kyle and William were very friendly, helpful and attentive. We orders 2 cups of clam chowder and 1 bowl came with the soup and salad order. It was ok not really that hot and It was missing something maybe salt not sure we also ordered shrimp scampi, loaded nachos and one other dish can't remember what though. At last my dessert chocolate chip pazookie always amazing

We went to BJ’s the last Friday in April I didn’t feel like cooking and we did not want fast food or Mexican. We haven’t been to BJ’s in several years.. The menu has a lot of options.Ask questions about the appetizers and entrees. What you think based on the description may not be exactly what you think. We passed on the potatoes skins due to the peppers mixed in the filing and settled on the garlic knots, mozzarella sticks and had the prime rib French dip and the fish and chips. I ordered the Mojito Flight. (Lavender yum) We did not have time for dessert(we will have to go back for the chocolate chocolate cookie in a skillet with chocolate ice cream. The batter on the fish and chips was too spicy. There was plenty of meat on my French dip. The Dip was flavorful. The knots were garlicky and the tomatosauce was delicious. I would have loved a bigger dish!We will return for dessert

We went on a Sunday at 7p and only waited 20 minutes to be seated. When we say we ordered drinks and appetizer. About 5 minutes later she came back and took our order. Twenty five minutes passed before our waitress returned with our food. Appetizer never came and so we asked about it . Another 20 minutes passed and she came back again and was surprised it never came. At this point we obviously didn’t want it . The manager comes to table and says Oh we might have run out. I stated this would have been good to know an hr ago when we ordered. Another 10 minutes passed and they delivered appetizer to our table. The waitress apologized and removed it from our bill. My feedback is that they need to work on the lines of communication to ensure a more seamless customer experience. I did appreciate the waitress apologizing and did tip her nicely, because other than this she was pretty present.

First of all we had zero wait for the two of us and it looked packed (thanks homegirl in the front), though we did have to wait quite a while for our food! Hannah did explain that they were down two chefs that day. On to the food! The clam chowder (not pictured) was so full of clams and seasoned perfectly. I ordered the brisket bacon burger (hold the onions) and it was thee best burger I've ever had, no joke!!! It had those crispy little burnt pieces of brisket and the sauce with the bacon...Aahmazing! My hubby ordered the Philly sandwich. In his opinion it was was meh. He said that the knife cut of the meat wasn't to his liking and it wasn't really seasoned. Both came with a generous amount of delicious fries. I also had a side salad that was great and chopped well, which I appreciated. For desert we shared the hot fudge brownie pozookie. It was divine!!!Our servers for the day were Dallas, and when he went on his break the lovely Hannah covered for him. Both were awesome and made sure we were well taken care of. I must say that for an establishment in a mall I was throughly impressed. Next time we're in Redondo Beach I'm sure we'll stop by again!

Food was delicious. Great tap beers. Staff were excellent.

Just stopped by for a quick beer. I recommend the house blonde. Ordered the pizookie on a whime and it was amazing. Staff was great as well. Fun place to chill!

Most items I asked for were 86'ed by Friday 9pm. Even the "shareable pizza dough" size was 86, so I ordered a large. The large had less toppings than a shareable size, so I basically ordered a dough pizza. Imagine a pizza of barely cooked dough. Your local Mexican restaurant like Albert's delivers a more consistent food exp. They even ran out of root beer and couldn't deliver decent food. From my exp, management failed here. Can't deliver a good experience or set expectations for a good night-out-experience. The bar staff was understanding and I can't fault any of them for lack of management unless there's a learning/training issue, which is still management.

your take out team SUCKS! always getting every single one of my delivery orders wrong, no effort put into the service at all! Then the manager says there's nothing he can do because it's through doordash.. Its the place that YOU manage it has everything to do with you!!!!! I waited over an hour and this food is not cheap!! Now I'm left with nasty food and I can't get a free meal or a refund, ridiculous!!! Don't eat here you will be disappointed .

Service was swift, drinks were great, and the food was delicious. Newest addition to the drink menu was Tito's Lavender Lemonade which was very tasty. It's sweet and satisfying.

The most upsetting and distasteful experience I ever had at BJ's.The wait to get seated was about an hour. That wasn't the problem, since the food is usually decent its bitter sweet to wait and have good food and experience. Well that wasn't the case tonight. We ordered bone in wings and the waitress brought boneless wings, they were cold to the touch. The pizza was warm but not hot. The cheese had already turned hard. Topings were not placed properly on pizza , on some areas there wasn't even any cheese, just Flippin bread. The pizza was hard to cut and the slices were ripping. As you can see on picture. The waitress on the other hand Wasn't particularly rude but wasn't doing her job. She only came by the table in the beginning to take the order, once the food came she never came to ask if we needed anything else or to see if everything was OK, and she came by towards the end and asked us If we need any more to drink ( and brought the check). I think she probably knew the situation. I work hard for my money. Makes me mad that I spent it here. And no I didn't mention anything to the waitress or any other employee. I just wanted to leave and not waste any more time on poor service and food.I believe that chain restaurants Particularly BJ'S in this a case has poor management. And take advantage of its name versus the quality of the restaurant. Laziness and lack of pride will be its downfall . Can't blame everything on Corona.
