For once, they got it right. The chef provided plenty of sauce and garlic butter. I never had to beg. He offered before I could say anything. Evan or Everett, my server, was good. Plenty of food. The restaurant did not have any onion pieces for the soup. The was a downer. Definitely be back as long they keep up this kind of service for the amount of money people spend in there.
We went for dinner to celebrate my daughterâs sweet 16 birthday thou the place was full, busy and short staff the service was awesome. Special thanks to the Chef Louis who made it fun, entertaining and of course delicious!! It was worth the wait. Thank you!
We had a reservation for a party of 6 at 8:00 p.m. We arrived a few minutes early but, there was NO ONE to greet us. We waited at the check-in desk for quite a while, even though we had a reservation. The party of 2 in front of us kept asking staff to send someone to the desk but they were ignored. Finally someone came and the 2 in front of us were asked if they had a reservation. They didn't and they hostess said the next available reservation was at 10:30 so they left. We were then checked in quickly and were told that we would receive a text when our table was ready. As we were waiting, another party was exiting and I heard that they had waited for 1.5 hours for their table. This made me a little nervous. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes, even though we had a reservation. Once we were seated, a waiter took our drink orders and took quite a bit of time before returning with not everyone's drinks. The server, though attentive, was not very fast and had to be asked several times when we wanted something. Plates and such were not bussed right away, which made the table quite crowded. Our chef was friendly. He wasn't the most entertaining person, but at that point we just wanted someone who could cook quickly. Once the food was being prepared, our experience improved until the main courses were being cooked and the chef's cart was NOT prepared correctly. One of our party was left waiting for his food while everyone else ate. The chef made the best of the situation, but it added to a less that wonderful experience. Overall, the dinner service was okay. I will most likely not be returning.
I really enjoyed lunch. The show and food quality were high, and prices lower than dinner.
Made a reservation at 115 and we were not sat until 130 and then chef didnât arrive at table until 245. Horrible experience. Will not be going back
Torrance location my last 3 visits the wait time has been unbelievably slow reservations time has been while over and hour before service this is not acceptable.
Most horrible trip there. Been coming for years and I was highly disappointed in the service food and management. They lost a very loyal customer

Had a very great time. Chef Louie is the best, he made my birthday special! definitely coming back and requesting chef Louie!! Our server, I don't remember his name but he was very helpful and friendly!
