Love the ice cream there usually, I go there whenever I want ice cream. But, this time is was hot as hell during a hot day, they had the heat blasting, it didn't smell good, and my ice cream was served totally melted and tasted disgusting that I didn't even eat it. I was really sad about that and disappointed. Sometimes they take forever to serve you and are on their phones as well. I don't know, it's normally better than this but the service is dying down...:(
The poor employees are sweating in there !!! It’s so hot we came out the house for ice cream only to go into a even more hotter spot please management don’t do it for us but your employees. !!! It cost money but your team needs some AC ..
We just love this B&Rs. It is a smaller one, located in Torrance. Parking is super easy and free. It does not get too crowded and the service is very good. They have 31 flavors and a few flavors change every month. I have not had them all. The ones we have had are great. Anything with chocolate is a must and their strawberry is very good. They make shakes and they have drinks. You can also order ice cream cakes there and they are good and made correctly and ready when promised. Now, I would not order delivery from this one. The people they use, third parties, are not the best and you may get melted ice cream so go there. You will love this place if you like real ice cream.
